A great organization to work with! Very detailed at our initial walk through to discuss my cleaning needs and consistent follow up to make sure everything was done properly. Requests and concerns are quickly addressed and I have been very pleased with the service provided thus far.

Not the best cleaning company, in my opinion. They sub out cleaning companies and we got stuck with a lemon. Also, they require you to sign a yearly contract vs monthly like most other companies do. So, if you're not happy with their services, you're pretty much stuck paying your full balance for the year. The lemon crew that they gave us should honestly be giving us money back for all the times they did a half-a** job. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jan Pro is an affordable, reliable, and very flexible service provider.

JAN-PRO has been cleaning my company's showroom in the Merchandise Mart for quite a few years now and they do a wonderful job! Even if you ask them to work on a specific area (fingerprints on the walls, focus on the windows, etc.) they will get the job done and do it well.

Jan-Pro has been a great helping hand in getting on track with my cleaning business. They provide guidance and have learned a lot about the cleaning business.

I am actually very surprised the amount of good reviews recently because my experience over the last few months has been nothing but a headache and trying to connect with anyone to get these rectified is near impossible.
1. After using JanPro for years, I caught that we have been over charged for days when we had EnviorShield sprayed (we were advised at the time to cancel cleaning when we had the spray being done), on holidays, and we were quoted on our original bid incorrectly. The bid is interesting because JanPro actually tried to come back and say we were underpaying and tried to tell us they needed to increase our monthly costs. This caused me to really dig into where the discrepancy began, when in actuality, they were charging us for rooms that did not exist. As far as being charged for holiday, JanPro's contract states they do not service on major holidays - yet we were charged? Pretty sneaky.
2. They RUSH through cleaning. Our offices are rather large and our COO stayed late one evening and saw the cleaning lady only take out trash and vacuum. ZERO dusting was done. When this was addresses with her, she complained that this was not worth the money for her and said the issue was our staff.
3. There is literally mounds of dust in corners, behind doors, in our vents. I waited to determine how often dusting was taking place and for two weeks dead ant bodies sat on our windowsill. Of course, I had to address this in order to have this cleaned and handled.
Honestly the list is endless. Not quite sure what has changed because we have been with JanPro for about 5 years and I have had issues here adn there, but over the last 6 months the quality, communication, and attention to details has decreased significantly.
My recommendation - If you do not have time to micromanager a vendor, then you are better off finding someone on Task Rabbit and sparking a deal with him/her or finding a smaller cleaning company that does not have so many layers of "management" that makes your voice not heard.

We had issues almost weekly with promises made but not kept. We would send photos to our rep (that we found out was a subcontractor not a Jan Pro employee..) asking for them to fix the issues but they simply failed to do a good job. Now they're suing us for breach of contract after we were forced to move onto a more professional service provider

As a child care Director health and safety is priority. Please find someone else to clean efficiently. The companies that Janpro subcontract do not clean adequately. No matter how many times you’ve expressed your concerns, the same issue is present. Time after time the same issues persists. Then if you complain the subcontractors send pictures to Jan pro that are not current. We had paint, floors and other things done and I sent in my pictures due to the lack of cleaning just for the cleaner to send OLD pictures of my center to “prove” that she cleaned. When we spoke to the cleaner she stated how she has plenty other buildings and cleans well. Also, Jan pro employees have quit because of their subpar leadership. PLEASE RUN AWAY!!!

Many great people like Olga, Karen , Ariana ( my list is long) helped me to build my business smoothly and efficiently . I could always count on their support and guidance. They are alway ready to answer my questions as well as help to negotiate with my consumers if needed. It is a pleasure to work with such a professional people . I recommend JanPro to everyone who wants to get some additional income or they are tired of their bosses and want to become their own boss.

Diane Gordon is amazing! No issues, she is prompt and through with her cleanings. Gerald is always making sure we are taken care of and satisfied! They are so helpful!

Jan-Pro has offered an excellent experience for us to this point. I had originally been looking to start up my franchise and had narrowed my choices to three. Because I work six days per week, they had been very accommodating to my schedule and took as much time as I had needed to allow me to make an informed decision. I was offered multiple points of entry with plans of varying costs. I opted for a plan that was more middle of the road. What was nice was knowing that the cost of entry does not negatively affect your rate of growth. The training was very insightful and incredibly helpful covering the basics of cleaning as well as the basics of running a business. We were also given the opportunity during training to apply what we learned in class to cleaning that day to get used to the process. Once in the field, we were accompanied on our initial clean and coached through the process and given additional tips to look out for and general guidance. Jan-Pro has had excellent customer service and responds back to us quickly any time we have any questions and has all around been a great group of people to partner with. I am excited to continue to grow my cleaning portfolio with this organization.

BUYER BEWARE: I wish I could go back in time and request an example of their services. First off, JanPro finds cleaning companies to work for them and sends them to your facility to clean. They require you to sign a contract, which I had to do as a daycare center. Now I am stuck with poor service for 8 more months unless I want to pay for the remaining months. The soap dispenser has fallen off the wall in the kitchen and the bathroom and was left on the floor for us to clean up which took forever because off all of the soap. They used something on our stainless steel refrigerator that has rusted the whole door. The floor is half clean (literally watched the same piece of paper on my floor for weeks before I picked it up myself) and it's dusty. And they leave their cleaning supplies all over the floor of my utility room. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have stayed quiet for too long. I deserve a clean facility for my money. I suggest you shop around and make an informed decision.
