I was amazed at the speed in which Lavin Companies installed 20 yards of mulch. The machine they used allowed them to complete the mulching in under 45 minutes. After doing the math it cost us less to have Lavin Companies supply and install the mulch than it did to have it delivered and DIY the install. Never again will we DIY.

I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are with American Cleaning & Restoration. After a total loss fire right before Christmas, we were devastated and felt hopeless. Our project manager Derek was amazing. He kept us informed step by step. We were able to provide our input on products and after a year we were back in our home and it’s looks 10x better that when we bought the house. I highly recommend them. Prompt, thorough and professional! Excellent work

These group of guys are very well mannered and polite, and they know how to get the job done fast as lightning.

This was the worst experience. Delivered my bedroom sets without the screws to put it back together and did not have most of my things out of my home. Things still smelled like smoke that they delivered

Company arrived with a preplanned agenda to maximize the cost of service. They removed walls and carpet that were not in the flooded area. Refused to dispose of 5-6 garbage bags of wet clothing and other furniture. Instead moved all wet items on to clean and undamaged carpet. Crew did not wear masks and was dressed unprofessionally. Refused to provide a copy of the itemize charge. DID NOT GIVE AN ESTIMATE BEFORE PERFORMING THE WORK. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RIP OFF.

I was referred to ACR through Performer's Flooring company when I had a leaking pipe trash my wood floors. They were contracted to come in and move all my furniture and belongings out of my house while the new floors were being installed.

All in all it was an excellent experience:
-Paul came out for the estimate and was right on time
-The estimate was quick and painless
-The moving team showed up and took the utmost care to move our stuff out and then move it back in a week and a half later
-Nothing was damaged by the core moving team and they were all super nice, polite, and easy to work with
-The team even helped me move a few things out to my back trash area cause we were getting rid of them
-As an added benefit, they do directly interface with State Farm so I never had to deal with the payment process or getting reimbursed since it was an insurance claim (I still got to see associated costs/estimates)

Only one thing happened that was a bummer, we have a baby grand piano and they contracted this to a 3rd party. The third party lightly nicked our piano and we didn't notice it until the next day because of the location. Note we didn't attempt to file a complaint or get reimbursed, so I have no idea how this would have been handled.

My house flooded a few months ago, and I felt devastated and lost. But in no time at all, my insurance company (Farmers) contacted American Cleaning & Restoration and quickly put in motion for me the most amazing recovery process I could have ever dreamed of. Jeff was my contact person and he was fabulous in his ability to coordinate all that needed to be done. His crews were so hardworking, courteous and skilled!! The cleanup crews had to work in such a terrible mess, but they were undaunted!! All the rooms got cleaned up, dried out, and torn apart as needed in order to expedite recovery. And the beautiful work that the construction company did that rebuilt everything was breathtaking to me!!! I wander around my totally new kitchen with tears in my eyes. I've never in my life had a new kitchen. And the restoration in the other rooms is stunning. They would not consider the project done until every LAST detail down to the smallest item was completed. Jeff was so patient with me. I felt so overwhelmed, at this stage in my life, with having to pick out cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertop, paint colors, and vanity but he made it go so smoothly by showing me wonderful choices and guiding me so patiently through the process. I relied so much on his opinions and suggestions which turned out to be absolutely fantastic. He kept things moving along so well. It is such a pleasure to work with someone who is not only efficient and skilled, but to have the added privilege of working with someone so kind and nice!!! It brought me through a very hard experience. And throughout the whole experience, I saw God at work as He allowed this to happen, but He brought such great blessings to me as a result. My deepest gratitude to God, Jeff, and all the workers!!

I am amazed at the great quality of this company's work and how it has transformed my sister's house. I had to oversee the work from out of state, and Jeff and his team made that easy and seamless. Many belongings had to be moved to do the work, and they were carefully packed and labeled which was so appreciated. They made great suggestions when I wasn't sure what to do, and truly treated the house and its contents like they were their own. Strongest possible recommendation!

We had restoration work done on our house back in the Fall of 2023 and these guys took on the moving part of the process. This large crew paid great attention to detail as far as wrapping furniture and packing items that could be potentially damaged during the move. They only disassembled items if they absolutely had to and stored most of the items in my house during our project. They were extremely efficient and quick during pack-in and pack-out. Also, there was constant communication whenever they had to do something atypical. Very, very happy with their moving process!

John, Ryan, Cesar and team were wonderful and calmed the stress of a kitchen water leak. Our dishwasher leaked water all over our wood floors. We soaked it up and put fans on, and hesitated about bringing in a mitigation/restoration crew. Thankfully a trusted family member recommended American Cleaning/Restoration and they quickly came out, because there was water trapped between our floors and we
would have never known until bigger problems appeared.

Ryan was very communicative throughout the process. The crews were professional and knowledgeable.

They tested the moisture content in our floors, came up with a drying solution (drying pads, Fans and humidifiers) AND knew to check our crawl space, where water was trapped between the floor and subfloor/spray insulation. They opened the subfloor to let out the water, removed the debris, and setup drying equipment in the crawl.

They set our expectations on what comes after drying—depending on the damage, they could dry and go down (rare), they may have to sand and fix them; or they may need to be replaced.

Thanks to their expertise what could have been a very expensive problem was
mitigated, and in about 4 days, our wood floors were saved, the buckling/warping was no longer present, and the moisture in the kitchen and crawl was gone.

I am happy to say that I am very pleased with the work done by American Cleaning relative to water damage I experienced from a backed up sump pump. Following the repair of the pump we were left with damage to our lower level, which needed immediate handling. We had heard of American Cleaning from a neighbor, and from our first call we were met with a quick response time and immediate results. Standing water was removed, contaminated materials discarded, cleaning to mitigate any possible mold and bacteria, and large fans added to dry and circulate air. They worked well with our insurance company, too.

Siding was in bad shape faded on one side and cracked in a few spots from hail damage CS siding did the whole house and Hardie plank, new trim 2 The hail damage side looked identical to every other side now which was the main concern house looks solid from every angle big improvement

CS Siding replaced all the siding on our house last month and I have to say the finished product is really nice. We went with fiber cement and the color we picked looks great against our roof. The crew worked steadily through the week and kept things organized. The trim details around the soffit area turned out better than I expected. Not much else to say really - they did what they said they would do, the price was what they quoted, and the house looks way better than it did before.

The old siding on our house has started to separate at the seams and was letting moisture in behind it. CS Siding did a full replacement with hardie board and addressed the moisture issues during the tear-off.Everything is sealed up tight clean uniform all the way around.

Got the estimate quick and they were upfront about the cost which I appreciated. Crew was on site everyday and worked solid hours. Siding looks great , the color is exactly what we picked. Communication was good too they , they texted updates without me having to ask for them
