We had a major pipe burst and water was everywhere. FloodRescue arrived within hours and started the flood cleanup. We were back to normal within days.

My basement ended up looking like a shallow swimming pool after that nasty
storm last month and I frankly had no idea what to do since l've never dealt with
standing water like that before. Flood Rescue came out pretty quick after I
managed to get through to them, which was a huge relief because I was
watching the water line creep up towards the electrical outlets. They brought in
these massive fans and dehumidifiers that ran for days but honestly it was
necessary. The technician explained exactly how they check for moisture deep
behind the walls so we wouldn't get nasty mold growth later on. It's loud having
that equipment running 24/7 but they got everything bone dry. They also moved
a bunch of heavy storage bins I couldn't lift myself which they really didn't have
to do. Pricing was fair considering it was emergency work.

Countertop selection excellent and pricing very fair. Installers were very professional and everything looks wonderful. I highly recommed Home Depot for all home projects.

The company was good but the sales guy Jordan was complete garbage!! He did NOT return my phone calls or follow up on the job once I provided payment !

The fence installers were at our house on September 15, 2025 to put up our new ordered fence. What should have been a day or two to install, took two months to finish. On September 15, the installers didn’t have some of the correct parts with them. We reached out to the project manager and he said it’ll take about two weeks to order the correct parts. More than two weeks have passed and we still were waiting to hear back from Peerless Fence. We have learned that the project manager in charge unfortunately forgot to place the order. More than two weeks have now passed and we still have not heard from them. We have made several calls, have sent text messages, sent emails but no one ever returned any of our queries. All we needed was an update.

Once again the installers came back sometime in August. And then again, they had the wrong parts with them. November rolled in and our fence was finally completed, but it was not without any issues. Apparently, the installers seemed to have been in a rush that the post for the gate was not leveled, calling it just “an optical illusion,” and that’s just among the other issues we pointed out. Fortunately for us, we were home to inspect their work otherwise we probably would have to do a lot more waiting.

We had the impression that the people we were suppose to work with in this project does not seem to think customer service is important. It is VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! All we needed was an update and they have chosen not to respond. We were promised a call back several times that never happened, with one staff even giving us an attitude. This project was a big investment for us and we expected more professionalism from the people representing Peerless Fence, as we also trusted its brand because of Home Depot’s endorsement.

We would not be referring it to anyone and we give Peerless Fence 2 Stars out of five.

They got here on time. They're very home. Depot was very, very, very understanding. I was going through some surgeries and had to cancel the installment 3 times but they were very understanding or at least the people that installed for them were very, very understanding and home depot gave me a really good price on the carpet, like I said everything went great. I'd recommend home depot to anybody that wants to take care of their house.

This would’ve easily been 5 stars because the crews installing my hard surface and carpet were great. However, after having multiple bids I decided to go with Home Depot as their bid was in line with the rest and I could go see my materials in large pieces instead of a 3x3 sq. Scheduling the yard surface install certainly took much longer than I expected but the part that really burned me was from the estimator, who missed accounting for materials and an additional cost of over 1k, and the up charge for leveling at $1500. While I acknowledge that the floor needed some additional leveling and repair than what is allotted, $1500 was a bit much. This accounted for a 25% increase in my total. So, very satisfied with the job just not the quote. My advice is to insure every piece is accounted for, every square inch measured, and then review the measurements room by room with estimator. HD uses a third party, Superior, to do the work. Dealing with Home Depot was a true pleasure. Dealing with Superior not so much. Best of luck.
