I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a very knowledgeable technician who truly cares about his work Michael Kowalski. I highly recommend him and Weiss Lawn Care to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in their work and gets great results.

Outstanding customer service! Marino L. goes above and beyond making sure any concerns are addressed and my questions are answered when he stops out to complete the work. He also gave me lawn care tips since I’m new to lawn care and basically clueless - really appreciated that. My backyard is greener and thicker than ever. I would recommend Weiss to anyone!

Between Laura and Cody services have been amazing. I love the communication when mother nature decides to give us a drought. They inform us that our services will be held until the grass can take the service . They are very informative of everything that they’re doing with our lawn. The staff is been very help and amazing . The understand the safety of protecting our dog from getting outside of the gate, they double checked to make sure the gate is completely closed before they leave our property. They also make sure they ring the doorbell to make sure the dog is inside before opening the gate to go on our backyard. The only reason why we are leaving Weiss is for they do not have a lawn mowing factor within the company, they out source lawn mowing to somebody else. And we are going to someone that has lawn mowing and fertilization altogether at one location, but other than that, the team has been amazing

Derrick and Bryan were very informative. They explained what they were doing, how long to stay off the lawn, what products they were using, let us know the schedule of the care and the importance. Overall, We are satisfied and this was our first appointment.

Estevan and Patrick were the techs that came out to aerate, seed and do the first step of the fertilizer today. Estevan made sure all my questions were answered. They were very friendly. So glad I switched to Weiss. I’ve been very happy!

Rick stopped by for his final visit for the year to winterize the yard. Since switching to Weiss, my lawn has seen great improvements despite my neighbors yards being full of weeds. It seems like by next year I’ll easily have the best lawn on the block if I’m not already there: other companies quickly apply and run away without any conversation. Rick makes sure to talk through everything and make you feel good about your lawn.

If I could give a negative I would. They wanted $1200 for the whole season of plowing, I know winter varies each year but last 2 yrs we had maybe 3 days that I needed a plow, that price seems steep. I asked for an alternative and there wasn't one. He kept trying to hard sell and I said no. So after I got off the phone with him he texted my ce phone and said no wonder my name is Karen. Very inappropriate. Unprofessional

Winter Services has been a great partner for our church and the surrounding businesses. Very professional with excellent customer service in the office, and the crews onsite are implemented quickly and effectively. Love working with these guys.

Very disappointing experience with this company. During a recent winter storm, they failed to service two of our commercial properties even though they were under contract. We are attempting to reach them for over five hours through both email and their emergency phone line, but no one responded. The emergency line simply failed — no answer, no updates, no call back. One site was plowed while the others were completely ignored without any explanation. A snow removal company that cannot be reached during severe weather and provides no communication is a serious reliability concern. This experience has been unacceptable and has created safety and operational issues for our business. Based on our experience, their responsiveness and emergency support are far below acceptable standards. I would strongly caution other businesses to ask detailed questions about staffing, response protocols, and communication before signing any agreement with them.

Would highly recommend Green Extraction Technologies. They are knowledgeable, professional and affordable. Our first scheduled appointment had to be cancelled due to weather so they rescheduled to Sunday - I appreciate the weekend availability in addition to the excellent service.

We needed work on several overgrown trees in our yard, the team came out and exceeded our expectations. Very professional crew that explained what was needed and why. They left the yard clean and it looks amazing.

Daniel and everyone I was in contact with at his company were so good. They arrived promptly and cleaned up after their work, you'd never that know they were ever here. We're very satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future.
