Excellent customer service! Called at 8:00 AM as a new customer looking to have my AC fixed and they were promptly at my house by 12:00 PM. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and assist with getting my AC back up and running within 20 minutes. My in-laws recommended Shamrock and it was an awesome experience! Will absolutely be a returning customer!

We have been customers of Shamrock for over 20 years. They come each spring and fall to service our a/c and furnace. We have always received great service. They call when they are on the way and have always arrived when scheduled. When you call their office to schedule service you talk to people….no “press 1, press 2” or “we’re out of the office, leave your name and number”.

If the technician sees any issues that might need to be addressed in the future, he explains it and gives us an estimate of the cost. There is never any pressure to agree to this additional work.

In 2013 our neighborhood flooded overnight after a very heavy rainstorm. Our basement had significant flooding and our furnace was ruined. I called Shamrock that morning and they were at our house the same day to replace it.

Furnace and AC were not turning on. Thermostat said service needed. Called and had someone out within 2 hours and fixed within an hour. It was a wiring issue. Reasonable price for the service. Very polite and nice. Honest people.

Shamrock always does a great job for me. Their techs are prompt, courteous and professional and always go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Recently I had two repairs to be done. Dan handled the first one and did a great job replacing a fan without damaging the wall, which was expected due to the tight fit. This past week I had a back up in a pipe and Rudy took care of it promptly and expertly and took steps to ensure the issue doesn’t happen again. The office staff is very courteous and professional as well, and always calls to alert that the tech is in route or if there are delays. Great company to deal with!

I have used Shamrock Heating and Air Conditioning for at least 20 years. I am very pleased with the the Service Technician, who was Professional, courteous, and answered my questions completely. I scheduled a Furnace Cleaning before the weather gets colder. I will be calling Shamrock in the Spring for an A/C tune up. The Technician discovered that my Ignighter was badly loaded with Carbon. I replaced the Ignighter,and now I have Peace of Mind, that my Furnace will not fail this Winter Season!

A while ago Shamrock identified an ignition part that was wearing. Every tuneup we were told (last by Jovany) approximately how long we could go without replacing and a ball park cost to replace it so we could save up. He even explained how we could clear our drain pipe ourselves if we wanted to do ourselves (a little water was around furnace base). Today our service person, Nathan, who serviced the house humidifier and furnace, showed us two parts. The first one was a battery. He showed us the voltage output label on the actual part. He then used a meter to show how much voltage the part was putting out (less than label stated). Same with an ignition part. Showed us what it should look like and what it is now. We could still hold off but would need soon. We decided to replace the parts.
Nathan & Jovany were very knowledgeable and explained it so we understood.

Was very good to give me a warning that the heat exchanger was going bad and that a new furnace would be in my future. I was given probably a year's lead time prepared myself psychologically and financially of the expense coming. Coincidentally I had a different HVAC guy in my house shortly after that warning who confirmed that the heat exchanger was going. I was able to follow up with a CO2 warring device. I was happy with the warning.

We have been using Shamrock for 25 years or so. Whenever we needed to repairs or to replace our furnace we have always used them. They remind us for our yearly furnace and air conditioning checks and always call to let us know the name of the technician who is on their way to our home. They really care about their customers. I highly recommend Shamrock for your furnace and air conditioning needs. They are excellent!

Shamrock is great, and I plan to use them for decades. Very realistic, clear, and honest in their explanations and quotes. They showed up on time, were polite and friendly, answered all of my many questions, did a great job on the install, stayed on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly and patiently explained my new furnace/humidifier system. The final bill was exactly what they quoted me. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

The Technicians that always come from Shamrock are such nice and Friendly men. They are very honest and fair with pricing. Whish trust is huge for me. I have been using them for almost 9 years since I moved oht here and couldn't be happier. They also just replaced my ac and heater last year and it was a very smooth and affordable change. Christina in the office is so helpful and always friendly when she calls.

Your employees are trained to lie. Im somewhat handy and I understand the furnace codes to my house. Kept telling me it was three, oh now its 4. Funny but I kept getting 9. Which means low voltage. Then blamed it on my Thermostat that it had low battery. The battery is fine and power by my system in the house lol. Charges me $129 to say its fine and running then I have the same issues couple days later and had to reset once again at the switch to make it work again and yes same code again 9. Over payed and didn’t resolve the issue. Watch google delete this review.

Edit: turns out it was a dirty flame sensor and according to every website I visited, was the most common issue for hvacs based on the symptoms I provided. It was as simple as rubbing steel wool on it for it to get clean and that got it to work again. Replaced the Thermostat for no reason and the technician charged $129 service fee and he didn’t even check the flame sensor. I will be reporting this company to BBB.
