Stephen got there early that was nice and he was friendly & efficient- did a great job and saved me hundreds since he could replace the cable instead of replacing the whole garage door opener - what a pleasant surprise - Thanks Stephen!!😎

Stephen came out within minutes of garage door malfunctioning. He repaired two problems with the door sensor/remote (set up a new one) and the door itself (bracing that was needed). He did it all quickly and professionally. He even showed me how to manually prevent the door from opening on its own if the sensor on the remote goes bad again.

I was unable to open my garage door by hand and I found Stevens Garage Door Service in Caseyville IL. I was so glad to find this local business because I am in Collinsville. Stephen's Garage Door Service has provided us with excellent service for over 20 years at two different homes. This call was short notice, they responded quickly and fixed the issue in 30 minutes.

I will always recommend Stephen’s Garage Door for repairs to Amy garage door!
First of all he showed up earlier than expected. Secondly very polite and also very very knowledgeable. Third he replaced the springs and recommended replacing the cables, they were frayed. Fourth he unlocked the opener and adjusted everything to make sure sure it worked correctly! Don’t bother calling anyone else. He is the BEST!

Stephens Garage Door Service is great! Same day service and extremely reasonable pricing. I know if I’d called Precision to replace my keypad, electrical sockets on the garage door opener as well as getting an additional opener the price would have been almost doubled.
