Kevin Strange was exactly who we needed. Assessed the crack in our foundation, got us a quote on a repair same session, and made recommendations on other areas that may need attention. He got our repair scheduled same day, and only a 2-3 week wait. Kevin was very approachable and pleasant. 10/10 recommend

I can’t say enough good things about Joe Eberle and Brett Lenhardt. Joe was my main contact for a basement waterproofing project, and even after I initially chose another company that did a poor job, he graciously came back to help. He was always responsive, respectful, professional, and truly treated me like family.

Brett, the foreman, kept me updated with calls, had a kind and positive demeanor, and went out of his way to adjust his schedule so the job was finished quickly and done right.

Both Joe and Brett deserve to be recognized for their exceptional customer service — honestly, they both deserve a raise. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and highly recommend them.

Austin and Angel installed new gutters on our house today. They were prompt, professional and polite. They did a fantastic job installing the gutters and left no trace they had even been there (other than my new pretty white gutters!). They took the time to listen to my concerns and did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend Helitech for gutters. btw, Helitech also fixed cracks in my basement and filled voids under my front porch, all this year! Each team was quick, but thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I have been impressed with this company from start to finish. Cameron is the best rep to work with too! Thanks for everything! I hope I don't need you all again, but if I do, Helitech will be my first call.

Helitech was our go-to for a minor issue concerning our basement wall. Prompt response after reaching out. Quick and reasonable estimate. And a well done finished product that will last a lifetime. Our technician Kevin Williams was polite, attentive to detail, respectful to our home, knowledgeable of our situation and how to remedy it, and was thorough with all information and tidying up before departure. If you have any issues concerning your foundation, basement, and/or concrete (driveway, sidewalk, patio), do not hesitate to reach out to Helitech with your concerns. Contracted Helitech for a sump pump discharge reroute to drainage ditch behind the houses in our neighborhood.

Initial Consultation: Listened to concerns about current drainage which was causing a swamp in the side yard. Looked at multiple options to reduce cost. Eventually was able to quote us a solution that tied all our downspouts on 2 sides of the house together for cheaper than the limited scope I originally wanted (bulk price).

Installation Team: (Shawn, Bryce, Ahmi, Juan) Came out on a Saturday to get the job done after having to delay earlier that week for rain. The team had no issues with my little one's running around and asking questions. Explained what they were doing very thoroughly.

Original Pipe laying was causing some water to pool under my neighbors fenced so I called back and Hellitech was prompt in response and added line to get to the drainage ditch (S/O to Cody Reynolds and Tyler Cox for coming out quickly to help out). Unfortunately, while rerouting the pipe a mistake was made and the pop-up ended up on my neighbor's property. (Turns out my property did not touch the common drainage ditch even though when the house was built 20 years ago the existing drainage line referenced above was run through this same easement that the pipe was placed in.) Helitech communicated very well with me about the situation on their end and even helped point me to resources to help me understand local drainage ordinances so that I could find a way to find a solution other than reversing the addition and having water end up below my neighbor's fence again. Ultimately, the supervisors (S/O Dave and Scott) came out to ensure that the fix was made correctly, and a team was out the next day to make sure the line was on my property and the discharge was in a place that was okay per guidance from the city. (S/O Jose and Jaime Campos).

It was quite an adventure, but Helitech was with me all the way with excellent customer service to help resolve all my concerns and those of my neighbor.

I had a great experience with Austin from Helitech who came out to my house to evaluate some work that needs to be done. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about what the project would involve. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and offer helpful suggestions without any pressure.

Customer service tends to be lacking these days with most companies and businesses. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. The visit left me confident that Helitech is a company that values honesty and professionalism. I’m looking forward to moving forward with them on the project!

Update: the actual work was fabulous! Jose Campos and his crew did an amazing job. Our extension now has a solid, waterproof foundation, and the space looks immaculate. They left the work area cleaner than how they found it! I would highly recommend Helitech, Jose, and Jordan.

Our inspection/appraisal process with Jordan Peetz was fantastic. He was on time, very professional, great with our pets and baby, and didn't try to sell us on things we don't need. I will leave a further review once the work is done!

oh my gosh! Ben Riley was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable! I haven't had any work done yet but from the customer service alone, I can tell that I won't be disappointed. I already highly recommend Helitech and would advise you to ask for Ben!

Alejandro, Olivia, and Jaden were very accommodating with everything throughout the whole construction project. They kept us up to date daily on the process and answered any questions along the way. They were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend for foundation repairs!

Jon Courtney was great, fully transparent with everything. Explained everything simply enough my 90 year old grandmother understood what was needed.

We scheduled the service with originally a month or so lead time. Just weeks later we were moved up on the schedule.

Foreman Cody Reynolds and crew arrived everyday for on time and worked quickly. He was detailed as to what would be done each day and what would be left.

Once the project was done he and his crew left the house and work area spotless. Which wasn’t expected as there was a lot of sand and dirt being moved around.

The guys from Helitech (Shawn Hill, Rashaan, and Melvin) all did a wonderful job! Not only was their work on the wall crack and the new sump pump professionally done, but it was clean and looked good, too. They were very respectful of my property and friendly. Since I'd recently had surgery, it wasn't possible for me to go downstairs to see the work so they took photos on their phones and showed me how it came out. Very impressed! I don't anticipate needing their services again, but if I did for a new property, I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!

Damage to my yard and this company trespassed on my property not once but TWO TIMES. Only reason I didn't get legal representation against this company is because it would have cost more dollars than what it's worth.

This company trespassed on my property the first time without a contract/consent and did work. Sad part is the second time Helitech trespassed on my property I told them they have no consent to be on my property without notice/info and two guys were sent out the same day(by Dave) and worked on my property again. A little due diligence goes a long way. Superintendent (Dave Cote) and Helitech were incompetent in their actions. I have email trail/video evidence.

The email provided goes to a secretary and the whole process starts over again. It took multiple times of communication from my end and 8 days to hear back from management. Customer Service Manager (Todd Gray) answered no questions or concerns and followed an email script to keep it in a legal manner to not incriminate the company. Their "thorough review" was internal and lacking truth of what happened. Many questions/concerns never answered.

We always have great service with Helitech. They are professional and do quality work. our tech Kevin Williams was very thorough and Reviewed daily what he was going to do and what he did. He was respectful of the property and easy to work with.

We had Kevin Strange come out to inspect some foundation concerns that the buyers of our home asked us to address before closing. From the moment he arrived, Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, personable, and easy to work with. He took the time to look at each concern in detail and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

What stood out most was his integrity. Instead of trying to sell us on expensive repairs, Kevin was completely upfront and told us he couldn’t even provide a quote—because there was nothing that actually needed fixing. The issues were purely cosmetic and could be handled with simple DIY or basic handyman work. That level of honesty is rare, and we appreciated it more than he knows.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Kevin, if you’re reading this… you’re officially invited to Christmas at our house this year! 🎄

I closed on my house at the end of January this year only to walk in the basement that day and find the carpet soaked from melting snow outside. The basement has flooded at least 5 times now and I’ve pulled well over 70 gallons of water to date . I’ve tried reaching out to the company that installed the sump pumps, but there was a ton of blame shifting so I decided to schedule an appointment with Helitech. Graig Peterson came out and spent the time to go through possible weak spots, giving advice on how to improve as well as looking at my problem area and coming up with a plan to fix it for me. I was so impressed by Graig’s knowledge and empathy with my situation and really felt that he listened to me. I am scheduling service now to be done this summer and can’t wait to get started on refinishing my basement! On top of great, personable experience, Helitech even offers financing, which is a huge plus for me. I look forward to working with your team of experts when I have my service scheduled.

Kodi contacted me before he arrived to let me know when I should expect him. He was super professional and polite when he introduced himself. He explained the Poly jacking process to me. What he described was exactly as Randy estimated. When the work was complete, Kodi took time to do a recap and collected payment. I’d say the work was performed exactly as expected. We are pleased with the work and Kodi made our job a very positive experience.

Great experience with company from assessment and estimate with Nick to basement repairs with Hunter and Charles. Team was able to repair my buckling basement wall in one day with the support strapping. And they were very careful during install to minimize creating any mess or debris, very clean. Overall, I’m pleased with the service and product offered by Helitech.

Graig Peterson with Helitech was fantastic to work with. He came out to give us an estimate for waterproofing our basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Graig took the time to explain the issues we’re facing, walked us through the proposed solutions, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. Ask for Jordan. He is very knowledgeable, informative, and polite. We did not feel any pressure to buy, which we really appreciate. We chose to get a free estimate from them, along with other companies, and Helitech’s price was comparable with other companies. We’ve used Jordan & Helitech on two different properties and are very satisfied. This comment is, of course, more towards the beginning of the process, we’ll see how it goes in 20 years!
