We are so glad we used Helitech! Ben Riley was very helpful and easy to work with, he made the beginning steps of our project go very smoothly and made sure it continued that way. Brett L. and his crew were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair. Brett is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything he was doing in ways we could easily understand. Brett and his crew repaired the foundation and replaced the support beam of our century-old home quickly and efficiently. We are very thankful to them for giving us peace of mind knowing our house is sturdy and waterproof again.

Estimator Jon Courtney was great to work with, I’ll update the review and add photos following the completion of the waterproofing! UPDATE: The installation of the sump pump drain is a concern as it was placed lower than our driveway retaining wall as opposed to further away from the house where it could drain with the slope of the yard. The drain in the backyard was placed at the foot of the stairs, this one also needs to be moved further away from the house…hoping this is addressed soon!

Alejandro, Olivia and Jaime were an awesome crew. We got a call letting us know when they would arrive. They were all very professional, informative and courteous. They left the site looking better than it did when they arrived. They did run into an issue which they came to a resolution very quickly. Highly, highly recommend.

Jordan was extremely polite when arriving. We discussed the issues the structural engineer made us aware of on his report. Jordan explained what he needed to see, measure and evaluate. He was more than happy to answer our questions during his evaluation. After finishing his site evaluation he said he would get the report to us asap. Shortly after leaving he called and ask to bring another member of his team back for more evaluation to make sure he had all the details and recommended the proper repairs due to the complexity of the project. Jordan was extremely thorough throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable with Hellitek. Highly recommend.

Helitech performed some basement waterproofing for me about 20 years ago, and I was so pleased with the results then that I called them once again this fall, when a different wall in my basement also needed waterproofing. From Jordon Celeslie, the waterproofing specialist who made the initial contact and presented a free job estimate, to Elliott, Brennen, and Tyler, the Helitech crew that carried out the necessary work, I found them all to be professional, skilled in their specific function, and exceedingly willing to talk with me, answer questions, and do whatever could be done to please me with their finished product. Jordon and Elliott, as supervisors, were patient and kind in addressing any concerns/questions I had, making adjustments for my particular job, and tending to any follow-up details as promised. I highly recommend Helitech for any foundation/waterproofing work that your home might need.

On 12/17/25.. The 2nd part of the project was the cleanup by Melvin and Rashaan! They did an excellent job on my deck and driveway. They were very polite and nice and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy!

Jose Campos was the foreman. He ran a tight professional crew. They were all polite and courteous and very professional. They did a great job. I will use them again.

DS Scurry Construction saved my family. The roof on our house in St. Louis was destroyed and we had to move into a hotel, so it was a relief to find a reliable contractor with both the BBB A+ rating and the follow-through to back it.

DS Scurry did such a great job, they cleaned up every nail and we've referred them to family and friends that have got new roofs now also.

I had a very frustrating experience with Scurry Construction due to their lack of follow-through and poor communication, despite my repeated efforts to stay in contact and move the project forward.

Dan initially provided a basic quote for a straightforward roofing project, which I signed. Shortly after, I asked about adding a skylight. He said it was something he could do, and I expected we would go over options and receive an updated quote. That never happened.

From that point on, communication dropped off completely. I made repeated attempts to follow up and coordinate next steps. Each time, I was told Dan was busy or that he would call me back, but he never did. In plain terms, I was ghosted.

This went on for nearly a year. Eventually, I was told by the office that Dan no longer wanted to do the project, with no explanation and no direct communication from him.

Even more frustrating is that this was a simple, straightforward job to begin with. There was no reason for this level of avoidance or lack of professionalism. If a contractor doesn’t want a job, that’s fine—but it should be communicated clearly and respectfully, not dragged out for months.

I would not recommend this company.

This company made replacing our siding a breeze. Very responsive in our initial consult, we met the owner himself and went over our options for what we wanted done. Fair pricing, wonderfully communicative about realistic timelines, and their team were masters of their craft. We ran into issues (as what happens with major updates to an older home), but they again communicated well as we explored options and price points. The workers were quick, and their attention to detail was amazing. Very pleased with how our house looks, and highly recommend these folks for their efficient and excellent work.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. The crews did a great job on our roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters. They worked several long days and cleaned up at the end of every day.

Did an awesome job on our roof after hail 5 years ago! Took care of all the insurance stuff so we didn't have to do anything, and during the last few years while my neighbors houses have tiles getting blown off in the wind, my Scurry roof is holding strong!

My wife and I own several single family frame rental houses. We first used D & S Scurry years ago for a hail damage roof replacement. His crew does prompt and professional work at a good price. We use only D $ S now, and when I price shop with other roofers, his price knocks them out of the ballpark. I wish our other service companies were as good!

Imagine my surprise when I found a water pipe had broken behind a wall in our finished basement. I didn't know it happened until the floor of the entire finished basement was saturated with water. I turned off the water supply, said a bad word or two, and quickly tried to figure out what to do next.

We tried calling water restoration companies you may have seen on T.V. "Yeah, we can probably get out there Monday evening." What? This was Saturday morning. I couldn't let water sit in my basement for the better part of 3 days.

My insurance company said they'd worked with PuroClean. I gave them a call. "We can be there in less than 2 hours" was music to my ears. A short time later, a truck pulled up, a crew of guys piled out, and the assessment began.

The crew (I'll admit they looked a little rough at first...but stay with me) were very professional. They clearly answered all my questions and quickly got to work. They used a machine to suck all the water out of the carpets and pad that they could before setting up a whole lot of fans and a commercial sized dehumidifier.

One of the employees stopped by each day to monitor the humidity levels and track the progress. After a few days, our carpets and baseboards were dry. They didn't need to be replaced.

Paul worked with our insurance company on the claim. The communication was always clear and consistent. There were no surprises.

After the basement was dry, Paul let me know that insurance typically covers carpet cleaning upon completion of a water restoration claim. I checked. Mine did. PuroClean does that too.

I hope you never, ever, ever, ever, ever need to call water extraction personnel. If you do, I'd give PuroClean a shot.

I called Puroclean to clean up and repair water damage to one of our commercial properties. They arrived promptly and assessed what was needed and immediately began the clean up process. They kept me informed of what was needed and they were able to mediate the water damage without much disruption to our tenants. The clean up and restoration was completed on a very timely basis and we and our tenants appreciated their quick and professional service. Paul and crew were quick to respond after our flood in the basement by a broken water line. The workmanship was very professional, clean and efficient. When they were finished you couldn't even tell we had any damage. Highly recommend!

Scott and his crew came in after a water leak in our basement and cleaned it, removed all damaged drywall and ensured basement was dry and all mold removed and preventative applied. They were responsive, cleaned, and disposed all materials. They were great!!! Highly recommend!
