Joe Eberle & his trusty sidekick Matt came out to my home because I had been seeing what I thought were signs of settling. House Doctor Google had me in all sorts of a tizzy. Joe & Matt assessed my property thoroughly both around the exterior foundation as well as inside the basement. Their laser leveling tool was pretty convincing when they told me that the house is not, in fact, sinking.

I was relieved to say the least. In working with the professionals at Helitech, I found quality knowledge & truthfulness. Even though there was no need for their help, they still found a way to help by assuaging my fears. I cannot speak highly enough of both the gentlemen who assessed my house's needs. If the initial interaction is indicative of future working relationships, which I hope it is, Helitech seems a good company for foundation needs.

Dave Palmer was assigned to my service request involving a water leak in the PVC pipe that is located inside the sump pump metal cavity. He took the time to patiently explain the source of the water (ground water), and the purpose of the hole in the PVC pipe (to avoid water from freezing). He further showed me how to remove the grate that drains rainwater into the sump pump, and gave me great tips on how to maintain it and keep it free from leaves and debris. Dave also came into my basement to assess an active crack in the basement wall and offered recommendations on sealing it. He also installed a second nail to the plastic cover on the drain line outlet to secure it in place. Lastly, Dave showed me how to use a power drill. What was a service call for one thing ended up being a comprehensive and very helpful service visit that took care of five issues that I was concerned with. I recommend Dave and Helitech without reservation for any basement waterproofing needs you may have. Since installing my sump pump and drain line in 2024, Helitech has always been responsive on any questions or concerns I have had. Their work is guaranteed by a warranty, so no surprise out-of-pocket costs are involved. I'm very happy with the services I received from Dave. He uses his extensive industry knowledge and experience to deliver high quality service and solutions to his customers.

The crack repair process was quick and painless. Helitech reviewed the damage, gave me a quote (thanks to DJ Schaeffer), and quickly scheduled the repair. Kevin Williams was great. He talked me through how the repair would take place and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with his work and I’m glad the repair is complete.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of our Home Care Specialist Jordan Peetz. Communication was great and he was able to work around our work schedules. He explained all of our options for our crawlspace waterproofing and the encapsulation process. Cody and his team did a great job. Didn't leave a mess, they explained everything to us. I recommend using them for any waterproofing jobs. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!!

Cameron was super helpful during the estimate process. He answered all my questions and left me with no doubts that helitech were the ones for the job. I'll definitely be using helitech in the future and I'll make sure to ask for Cameron again.

We usually don’t take the time or make the effort to write a review but this is the exception. My husband Jeff and I had Kevin Williams as our Helitech technician. Kevin arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and professional in appearance and approach.
He definitely sets the standard for service people doing work in someone’s home.

Helitech was a great decision, foundation repair can be overwhelming but they did not try to sell on something unneeded and provided several options. Very easy to work with and sent out true professionals to complete the job. I would like to recognize Cody Reynolds and Angel Khann who did the work and were really awesome to have in our home to complete the work. The explained everything and worked late to finish the job. They didn't have to work late but asked if it was ok and for me it was. Angel and Cody really went above and beyond, they treated us with respect and made sure everything looked great. Even after explaining everything to me, they took time to explain to my wife as well. I could not have asked for a better team to complete this work. I recommend Helitech for anyone, I learned a lot from this experience and am glad I made the decision to go forward with Helitech. Great people to work with, thank you again to Angel and Cody for a job well done.

Helitech was very easy to work with in scheduling the work. The team that did the work, Brett and crew were very courteous, neat and helpful in answering questions. I posted a picture of how after a day how the system was already taking care of the water. I highly recommend Helitech. The damp smell is already better
