Stephen is extremely knowledgeable. With 39 years of experience it was evident he knew what to do. He’s helped me twice and came recommended by my friends also. simply gave me good advice and even was able to fix the sprocket in my garage opener motor without having to completely replace it. I’ll use him every time I need this service.

I had my garage door installed bt him and he did not install it correctly. He installed it into the drywall and not onto the stud causing it to collapse in time of ware and tare onto my new vehicle damaging it. DO NOT USE HIS BUSINESS EVER!

I had a great experience with Stephens Garage Door Service. I had made an appointment with another company who gave me a price over the phone. When they got there I was told it would be an extra $200 for a more expensive model because my ceiling was too low. It seemed reasonable, but I wanted a second opinion. I'm always suspicious, as a woman, when things like this happen. I own a few investment properties and deal with trades a lot. I made an appointment with Stephens and when he came he said the low roof was a non issue and did the job for the exact same price that I was originally quoted from the other company. I will continue to call Stephens for any other issues with my properties... because you can't put a price on HONESTY! Actually, in this case, honesty saved me $200 and bought Stephens a customer for life.

They came out same day and had the job done less than 4 hours from the original call. They were even cheaper than all the other quotes I got. I would highly recommend them for garage door repair needs!

Hired Koehne Plumbing to hook up a sink, reset a toilet & repair 2 leaking faucets in our older farmhouse. Thrilled with the service and fair price! Mike was professional, personable, & completed the jobs quickly. I'll definitely be calling Koehne again!

Would not recommend! Have been trying to get the guy to do the job since January (almost May now) I have always made the call to them to see what the status was... Well, was told today that it'll be 3-6 months before they can even start...AND! they'll need to give me a new bid..😳

Our water heater suddenly went out and we needed a licensed professional for a diagnosis and replacement under our home warranty. Our home warranty recommended someone who was unavailable for at least a week. Koehne was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to get someone in the next morning between 8-8:30 am. Mark was here before 8:30! He was VERY polite and informative! He was also very mindful of our carpets surrounding the closet in which the heater is located (in our living room above our crawl space). He made sure to avoid letting any excess water get onto the carpet and I also noticed he took the towel we had put in to soak leaking water last night and cleaned up the tile floor in our entryway after taking the old water heater out!! When I had to take my dogs out he was calm and caused no alarm for either dog (but especially the one that has more issues with strangers (more specifically men)). The new heater was delivered quickly and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate the fair pricing, professionalism, promptness, and quality work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted to have some plumbing done in my basement. So I called Koehne.

I have some knowledge as my step father back home is a licensed plumber. He’s in another country, so is unable to do the work. I was in athletics which became fruitful as a career so I should have learned from him but did not.

Had them come out, when I started asking logical questions the guy they sent (didn’t give me a business card) got so startled he begin using words like “extravagant” and “pricey”. Speaking about the job.

Then left telling me he would send a quote.

He didn’t even take a measurement. Which he would have to because work goes by square footage.

Do not waste your time.

All lies, complete lies. I’m now doing my own bathroom, because oh wait I know what I’m doing. And you did not send the boss, he stuttered more than anybody I’ve ever met doing business with.

They are scam artists.

Matt and his son were very professional. Their work was great. Matt was in and did a very fast
and efficient job. Their pricing was the best I found. I would highly recommend Tettaton heating and air.

OMG they are great! My air stopped working and it was 90 outside and not much cooler in here. They came within 24 hours and had it fixed in only about an hour and it didn't cost an arm and a leg!
