AJ came at the appointed time call got the part needed went and picked it up came back and installed it 15 minutes later we had heat and the price was very reasonable. TERRIFIC SERVICE!! AJ was fantastic! They fixed my issue and it was so simple I was only charged a DIAG fee of $99...... a week later I was having some more issues with the furnace short cycling, he came back out.. turned out to be a simple fix and took care of it same day and just included that work with the original DIAG fee. Great people, great prices, great service, will be using them with any HVAC issues in the future!

I had this people come out to my old place and they took care of me there once they moved into a new house. I had them come out and put a new complete HVAC system in. We did a fantastic job there. I cannot say one bad thing about them. They did the job in one day cleaned it up no problems. My son and daughter-in-law bought a new place in Alton. It was an old house. It had no central air no ductwork anything in it. I had them go up and put mini splits in the house , it took him two days to complete the job. They made it look really nice on the outside. Great on the inside. It cools this 104+ your old house off nicely. I would recommend this company to anybody if I could give them a 10 I would give them a 10+ rating. They’ve treated me a lot more like family than a customer.

I am extremely grateful to Matt. My air conditioning unit stopped working at the end of August. I call Tiger and they came out and quoted me a little over $1800. I then called a local company and they quoted me $4000. I talked to a good friend of mine and he directed me to Tettaton. They came out to my house today and $145 later my air conditioner is up and running. Thank you so very much. I’ll be calling you from now on.

They were awesome to work with. My step dad referred me to them and he had nothing but great things to say. They first came out for a service call and check up then about a week later I had another issue come up. My step dad called around 7pm and they came out the next day and got my ac going again until the replacement came in. The pricing was reasonable and the service was fantastic!!

I’m very happy with the service I received. I called on a Sunday when the business was closed. Somebody got back to me first thing in the morning and had a technician out to fix my leaking furnace within a few hours very reasonably priced as well. I definitely will be using Tettaton for all my AC needs in the future

I had 2 other quotes from other companies, I read the reviews, and I asked around. I did my homework. They came with lots of great recommendations, reviews, and their quote was reasonable! This is a family owned company and they treat you like family. After 2 months of hell not having heat/ac or hot water, they came in one day and when they left I was in heaven! Cold ac and hot water! Yay! Such a luxury! I am so grateful!

Received a very good price for a new heating and cooling system. Matt and team installed our new system quickly and cleaned up everything before leaving.
