Took for ever to get back to me. And no help

The service technician was on time and he was very informative on my heating and cooling system, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. He was very professional.

Seth came out and cleaned the ductwork in our house today. He did a very thorough and professional job! He showed us the before and after pictures which were interesting to see how much stuff was in there. Seth is our go to guy whenever we have an issue with anything! Thank you so much for everything you did!

We had great service getting our new furnace and air conditioner. They were done in one day. Seth came out the next day to make sure everything was working fine.

Michael arrived on time and communicated everything he had to do and went according to plan. He got everything done in a timely manner and did not leave a mess. Very personable and would definitely use again.

I've been ripped off by an HVAC biz in the past, but not these guys. In fact, they went above and beyond (e.g.they fixed a smart thermostat I had & squeezed into the crawl space to check on my dehumidifier, at no extra charge). Highly recommend.

Korando H&C is excellent. They do a great job working with you to find a solution for your needs, and do high quality work for a reasonable price. Their customer service is outstanding, they are quick to respond and get your system running.

Seth came yesterday to my house and clean the outside condenser checked everything over inside changed the filter. He is very nice and friendly person and does a very good job. My cat even wanted to go home with him!

This was my second routine maintenance visit from Korando Heating & Cooling. The tech called to let me that he was on his way. He arrived at the scheduled time. Again he was very cordial and went right to work checking not only the furnace,but also the AC unit outside. He let me know the results of his maintenance inspection. I am highly recommending Korando Heating & Cooling.

This is the second time Dalton serviced our system. He is very knowledgeable and has a huge likeable personality. I'll definitely use them again. My air conditioner unit definitely will need to be replaced it's the original unit when our house was built in 1972.

My furnace went out about a week ago and Dalton came out and looked at it and realized we needed a new one. As stressful as that was. Everyone there made the process super easy and effortless. Ready to get the new furnace this week! Thank you guys!

We had such a great experience with Korando’s that we plan on sticking with them for annual services. They’re quick, clean, knowledgeable, polite, and honest. My family and I highly recommend them!

Korando’s serviceman provided a very detailed inspection. He tested all components to ensure a troublesome heating season. We are so happy that we didn’t renew our contract with Williams and went with Korando Heating. Our family’s opinion is if you currently use a different HVAC contractor you should switch.

Had our bi-annual preventative maintenance for summer in Missouri! Tech was friendly, and explained what he was going to do on this preventative maintenance visit. He was efficient and kept home disturbance to a minimum. After completing the PM visit, he described the result of the inspection and gave us some tips to save energy and minimize urgent calls for service.

New A/C unit installed, including ductwork modifications, all completed in just one day. No mess and all old parts were taken away. Work crew were very polite and willing to explain exactly what was going on when asked. Korando sales rep was great to work with making the whole experience less upsetting. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to have HVAC work performed at their home
