My system required another replacement part, it was ordered quickly and the cost was explained with an estimated date. The service tech installed my replacement part quickly and made sure the system was working properly! Quick service and reliable repair.

We have been using Korando Heating and Cooling for 3 years now. The customer service is top notch. If we are having an issue they respond right away. The technicians are friendly. And any work we have ever had done has been reasonably priced. They are also very good about explaining things and are very thorough with the jobs they do.

Very knowledgeable on what he was doing despite being a young man. Polite and respectful as well. Changed my blower motor and cleaned my outside unit. Didn't leave until he was confident my AC was operating like it was suppose to. Definitely recommend if someone is in need of repairs.

Dalton was very friendly and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to come out the same day I called. H found the problem right away and completed repairs he also went ahead and did all maintenance needed . A+ service!!

Contacted Korando last night after our AC unit stopped working. They had someone here first thing this morning. Seth was speedy and knowledgeable and took care of the issue for us within an hour. The entire team at Korando is awesome! We’ve used them for over 3 years and will continue to use the for our HVAC needs. On our recent maintenance of our A/C unit Dalton was very professional and personable. He wore protective footwear covering which was appreciated. He was timely and very communicative before and during the service call.

Jay arrived on time. He put on his shoe covers, talked a couple of minutes to establish rapport, and went right to work. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes and was on his way. All of the Korando service people and office staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also have fair prices. Good people. We had a particularly difficult problem earlier this year, and Jeff came himself multiple times to get it figured out and fixed. He even cut into his vacation time a bit to get it resolved.

Dalton was very professional and he made sure he did not track dirt into the house. We had just had a heavy snow so that was appreciated. He also completed the service call in a timely manner and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Korando heating and cooling in the future!

I had an exceptional experience with this company! As this is my second winter in my home, I wanted to have the furnace serviced before using it for the season. Michael (I hope I have his name correct) did an outstanding and thorough job. He was also very patient in answering my questions as a curious first-time homeowner, which I greatly appreciated.

I Came home to an 85 degree house, I called Korando's the next morning and they had a tech out by the afternoon. Michael was professional and quick to diagnose the problem, unfortunately I needed to replace the system
(old one was from 1987 so it was long overdue) .

I was very happy that they came out promptly to check on my AC split unit, but when I got the part from the manufacturer, they didn’t want to put it in which ended up costing me another service charge to contact another company to install it. I would’ve appreciated it if they weren’t going to install it that they would’ve told me that before they came out.
