Reviews of local pros in Chicago Heights, Illinois

Mr. Luke was very attentive to my wife’s ideas and and his crew was very courteous
And knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Jorge the foreman is very professional very courteous and make sure the job is well done!!!! Haven’t been this satisfied with the service since Jorge.

Allen was very friendly and professional. He sprayed for weeds outside of my house and advised me to keep my dog away from the area for at least 30 minutes.

Great service here, thank you. Cameo they did a good job. Come and see Jorge for the help.

They hire drunk drivers and don’t do anything about them I’ve contacted them and they and they haven’t told me anything about the employee that ran me and my husband off the road
You can clearly see the bottle in his hand this is the same picture I sent to them and they are questioning me like it was my fault just all around terrible

Suburban provided service to our townhouse association. They showed up when they wanted, not on the assigned day regardless of the weather. Lawn was usually scalped due to disrepair of their equipment. Weeds were often knee high. They didn't perform shrub trimming on time and did not perform most of the required mechanical edging, blaming the "wet" weather. Other landscapers in the area were ahead of shedule this year due to dry conditions.

When they shot a rock through a resident's patio door, they refused to accept responsibility, leaving the cost of repair to the unit owner.

Al refused to answer phone calls, emails or texts from the unit owner as well as the association board.

Save yourself some grief, buy a goat for your lawn maintenance.

The license plate from the company van of yours that nearly drove my husband and i off the road if y’all are curious is “CM 38109” on 41 today. Idk how the company works or how i can report this otherwise, but i figured i would leave this here. Careful out there everyone and hopefully someday they will hire people who know how to drive 🙃☹️

One of the employees named Allen was here spraying for weeds. We had a converstion about what he was doing. He was very personable and polite. My husband and I actually enjoyed talking to him. Great employee. John and Carole

We have had Suburban Landscaping for the last year and have been very happy with their service. We use several of their services and have been extremely satisfied with the work they do. Our yard looks great. All the service providers have been friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Their mowers do an excellent job on my lawns - front and back. They are timely, do good quality job, make sure everything is neat and clean. I am also rating the weeding team of Briana and Tina. They do a fantastic job of week removal. They are pleasant, help you with any plant issues and have helpful suggestions besides getting all those weeks out.

Been with Suburban for many years, always do a great job. We have been using their weeding service, beds always look awesome. Finally got a chance to meet Briana and Tina and was able to tell them in person how happy we are with their work. All the other services we use (bush trimming, mulching, etc.) are always great as well. Thanks!

New crew to Oak Manor. Took time out to answer questions. Very helpful. Do a good job. Landscaping looks great. It's been over a year since Jorge and the crew started here. Landscaping is looking great. Better since they started. Crew is very friendly. Courteous. Very pleased.

Alan was out today keeping our areas free of weeds. He did a great job as you can see from the photo we are weed free!

Once Jorge and his team were assigned to provide our weekly lawn maintenance at Lincolnshire East, they have done a stellar job. They are always here around the same time every Monday, and they are quick and efficient. We couldn't ask for a better team.

I live in Indiana, on three springs condominiums and I appreciate the awesome Jo they do every week under the leadership of Hugo the foreman with a real professional crew.
