My service tech today was knowledgeable and thorough with my washer repair. He knew that there has been a constant problem because he checked my case and all the parts that have been ordered for the washer over the last 5 weeks. Washer still isn’t fixed but he did his best!
Serviceman came out and checked the temperature of my fridge. Didn’t even pull anything out or check the back to see if it’s repairable. Gave me a quote for more than I paid for the fridge, the make of the model wasn’t even correct, sat in his car for 20 min and left. Waste of time and money.
*****contacting the better business bureau on this company!!!!!! So far I am extremely disappointed, none of the representatives know what they are talking about and are absolutely no help. I had a confirmed appointment today and no one showed up. I had to beg family to come over and wait for no reason. No one called me to tell me anything or that it was canceled. Instead, they were more worried about selling me things. I asked multiple times for a manager and they refused to put one on the phone. This is not how you do service and is completely unacceptable. Update: please don’t comment on my review if you are not going to fix the issue. Asking me to refer to Facebook is absurd and the best part is that Link doesn’t even work. My comment was days ago and guess what, my unit is still not fixed/never even looked at! I had an appointment today between 1-5pm and no one showed up yet again! No one called me to tell me they are running late or any update. Then I call this company and they are more concerned with trying to sell me units, roofing, siding etc. Are they insane? Do they think that I want to waste my time and money on a company such as this? What a joke.
Terrell was very nice, and he repaired everything so it's working great! He even let me clean behind the refrigerator which was absolutely disgusting. Thanks Terrell, keep up the good job!
I had two tech come first Tech open Machine took his hand and spit it around and said I need a motor the next day the tech came out put the motor in done I go downstairs to wash the same day machine doing the same stuff not working not spinning so my question is why they didn’t take the time to turn the washing machine on and let it wash and make sure it work . I’m ready to cancel my contract with them.
