I bought materials for a project and provided my measurements to the person cutting the wood. Unfortunately, it seemed they were unsure of what they were doing. With some guidance, I managed to get them to cut it correctly. However, when I returned home, one piece was still not cut right - likely due to the fact that woodworking services are free, which may have diminished their attention to detail.

There's still air leaking through both front and back storm doors, as well as into the house from the rear doors. I paid for a complete seal guarantee and took care of all suggested improvements, yet I don't feel like I got value for money. The front storm door is also stuck and difficult to open, which is frustrating given what I was told would be fixed.
