Beware of this company hired them to clear a clog in a Multi family building not only were they not able to clear the clog. They removed a toilet on the second floor And for some unknown reason, negligently did not put it back on leaving an exposed pipe leaking throughout the building, causing thousands of dollars of damage. Even to an untrained person would not make sense to take a toilet off and not put it back on leaving the pipe to leak throughout the home. The reason you call a plumber is to avoid water damage not to have them cause it.

We love DiFoggio and Sam Plumbing!! They are the best at what they do and are always willing to help us out with plumbing emergencies and maintenance. Most recently Dave helped us out with a plumbing situation and he was fantastic!! We have been a customer for over 36 years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Anthony C is great employee. He was at my house for over 9 hours installing a new tankless water heater by himself. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We have always used DiFoggio & Sam and have always have a good experience with their service and team members. We have referred them often.

I live on 10th floor of a condo, who contacted the company for emergency flooding support. Jim came to my unit an hour later (8 pm on a Sunday night), assessed the situation, and did what he could to minimize damage to my unit. He then contacted our property management company and obtained condo floor plans and procedures. At 9 am the next day, Jim returned with several questions. When answered, he knew exactly where to look to solve the issue. He found the source of our building leak within 15 minutes, and fixed it in less than an hour. Before leaving he made helpful recommendations to me and 2 board members. Thanks so much, Jim, for your skills, knowledge and professionalism!

Dave from DiFaggio & Sam Plumbing was extremely efficient repairing our old leaky faucet. We have been loyal customers for at least 25 years. They never let us down, they stand by their work.

Difoggio and Sam Plumbing (Russ, our plumber) were very helpful to correct and fix a newly installed toilet that had a problem with continually running to fill bowl. Changed internal parts and everything works efficiently. Quality reputable company.

This is the second time using this company and they have been beyond helpful. The first time (2022) we had a broken pipe in a very tight crawl space and I was panicking since so many people refused to fix it, or wanted to drill up our floor. Our guy came out and was very reassuring and got it done in a few short hours. The women over the phone was also very nice! We used them again for general maintenance on our main drain and again an overall pleasant experience! Will be using for all our plumbing needs.

I would just like to say that we had Jim service our hot water heater and what a great guy. He explained everything to us and even called the manufacturer for us. And then he comes back to install the recalled parts. Jim is definitely an asset to your company and we will use him again. Thanks Jim

The plumber came on time and took the time to listen and evaluate the difficulties I had with my toilet which included the prolonged water running at times when I flushed the toilet which did not stop until I re-flushed it. I also noted that the toilet would run sometimes even when I was not even in the room. All of which I was told was causing a lot of water being wasted. He tried a few things and decided he had to replace the whole pump to correct the problem. He did so in a neatly and correctly so I didn't have a flood of water all over the floor. At my request he also inspected the toilet in the other bathroom which seemed to have a water level problem (way too high after the first flush and not clearing the bowl out) until it was re-flushed. He made a few minor adjustments and now it works properly. I was pleased with the results in both bathrooms as I was concerned since I had problems with both toilets.

Eric came out to our house to clean our drain. He was very professional and finished the project up in a timely manner. The next day we had a question and he followed up right away to make sure our questions were answered and that we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend their service and hopefully you get Eric. The lady taking the phone calls was also very nice and helpful.

I can't express my gratitude enough for this company. They have been so accommodating not only for my home in the Chicago Ridge area but for my mother's home as well, which over the last few weeks has had multiple issues with mom's older home. They are dependable, respectful, on-time, efficient, knowledgeable - I can't say enough about the office staff and the workers. If you have plumbing issues or need advice - call this company! I have used difoggio plumbing for my plumbing needs since moving into my home in 2020. Over the last 4 years most if not all of my calls have been handled by Russ and I cannot compliment his service and knowledge enough. Very pleased with his work and customer service.

These guys are amazing! They treat my mom like their own and speak to my kids like their own. They are honest, hardworking and sympathetic. Exact people you want for the job. My mom has had them out several times and every time they are amazing. Russ and Dave are our favorites! They feel like part of the family 🤣

Needed our sewer line replaced and they were very quick to respond. Dave was great and explained everything they were doing each step of the job. We were most happy that they went out of their way to avoid damaging our tree that was right in their way. Overall they communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and did great work.

Dave provided 5 star service fixing my hot water heater along with repiping our gas line. He arrived quickly for the job, walked me through the fixes and got everything up and running! Thank you!

As always what can I say about this company. They have been there for years for my family and now me. Whatever problem I have big or small, the same day they come and take care of it. We needed a 27+ year old bathroom faucet replaced. I was concerned the drain would be a problem and we would also need to purchase a new vanity top as well. Eric took a quick look and decided it would be no problem and only the faucet / drain would be replaced and no new vanity top required. Eric was ontime, professional and very personable. New faucet looks great and functions perfectly. Will certainly use Difoggio & Sam again and highly recommend to others.

UPDATE: We have since used Difoggio on two additional occasions. Each time the service was exceptional. The second time Eric was dispatched to repair two outside spigots, install a gas line and complete a bathroom faucet installation all at my daughters house. The third time we requested Eric to remove a garbage disposal from our daughters house. All tasks performed professionally, timely and no homeowner clean-up required. Again, Difoggio is, and will be, our "go to" plumbing service!
