Thanksgiving Day our kitchen sink and utility sink weren't draining. I called to leave a message for the following days work and was surprised my call was answered. He came out and rotted out the line at least 45 feet away from the home. Very affordable and thrilled with the result. Alsip Illinois resident.

We needed a leak repaired and had other plumbers state that they couldn't fix it because it was near our indoor sprinkler system. Difoggio had no issues in taking care of the problem! They were great!

I had a leaking toilet that was discovered over the weekend. I waited until Monday and left a voice mail early for Difoggio. As stated in their message they called back shortly after 8am. They had Russ at my home by 10:30 am and the problem was diagnosed and we came up with a resolution and the job was completed by 12noon. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend them again and again.

Thanks to everyone at DiFoggio's. This was the first time that we have done business with their company. We always see their trucks in our condo subdivision. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there. Thanks again to Russ for performing an excellent job installing our water heater. We will definitely call on them for any future needs.

I had an excellent experience with R. DiFoggio and Sam and Plumbing and Sewer Co on 1/12/26. I’m usually a DIY person, but when it comes to water and plumbing, sometimes I have to rely on the voice of reason. I purchased a reverse osmosis system to replace an outdated one. The directions made sense, but I could tell that one small mistake could cause big trouble. R. DiFoggio and Sam Plumbing was recommended to me and they were out within a few days. They listened to what I wanted, and we worked together in making the system work and drain in the easiest way. Of course, there was an underlying plumbing issue that was discovered and repaired. They had excellent communication skills, explained everything to me, and check that I understood. Cleanup was flawless and I was reminded that if I had any issues to call them back. I’m happy to say I love my new system and have a plumber that I can trust.
