Pedro is talented but lacks detail. He failed to measure doors to standard forcing custom orders. He did tile work and a free being prepaid tried to get a bunch more money. Mis measured some of the bathroom build outs forcing the plumber to make major alterations. Some of the tile works is having to be tore out to be done properly. Dryer vent after him being told over and over that it needed to be installed he waited until the drywall was up and half did it now it is having to be redone tearing drywall out and everything. His guys traced drywall mud all over the carpet in other parts of the building. The tile guy chipped the bathtub. His guys peed in drains and wet dry vac and the plumber had to clean it out. Not very well managed business.
