Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

All Quality is exactly what their name is. We had significant structural issues caused by a previous remodeling project, preventing us from selling it. Ed, Jon and team spent several hours consulting with us, letting us know our options and what to expect during the renovation. The team handled all the work so professionally, and was always respectful of our space. Their work was exceptional and allowed us to ensure a safe, solid structure when we finally sold. We couldn't be more grateful for the work they did and would highly recommend them for construction needed, new or old.

All Quality, Inc. has done two projects for me in the last two years. In 2012 they replaced my old wrought iron railings and porch roof, and designed a beautiful updated porch with columns a new roof, canned lights and railings. They did such a great job that when I needed to renovate my bathroom, I contacted Ed and his crew. This proved to be a bigger job than I thought, as my house is 60 years old. They updated some plumbing and electrics which improved my water flow and enabled me to include beautiful lighting and plenty of outlets. They replaced my tub, tile, toilet and vanity as well as a brand new radiant floor. The crew was professional at all times and Ed was a huge help in assisting me with the many decisions I was faced with. THANK YOU to AQ.

All Quality totally lived up to their name. Ed and his skilled workers transformed our screened porch into a stunning 3 season room. We really enjoy that space now unlike we ever could before and look forward to using it in the colder months. Ed was great on writing the proposal and working with our ideas - then he added in some great touches on both design and features we had not really thought of - like the dimmer on the ceiling canned lighting. Besides the workmanship, it was impressive how careful and clean they were on the job site. We have great confidence in the outcome, so we have already lined Ed and All Quality up for a bathroom remodel and re-roofing. July 21,2014, Glenview, IL

Ed and his team were a great help in my family's first house purchase. When our inspector identified structural and plumbing issues, we weren't sure where to turn for an evaluation of these concerns. I pursued quotes from many different businesses and Ed was able to provide a fair price which reflected the fact that we didn't own the house yet, and included a credit for future work. We felt safe moving forward with our purchase thanks to his knowledge and are so excited to work with All Quality on making our house a home!

Ed and his team were always on time, professional, and provided the type of service you would expect from a 5 star contractor. Ed and his team were able to execute our vision perfectly, with great tips along the way to help make our new kitchen as functional as possible.

We were particularly impressed by the team’s attention to detail. Ed and his team genuinely cared about the space and the little details as much as we did.

Ed and his quality team were able to quickly identify and repair issues with my roof that were a source of leaks. Given the nature of the work scheduling to accommodate variability in the weather the work was coordinated professionally and in a timely fashion.

Dave and his team were great to work with. They were responsive, answered our questions, and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again for a project!

What is the highest praise a client can bestow? Becoming a repeat customer! After having enjoyed transformative renovations of our kitchen and primary bath, we recently asked All Quality for a repeat performance in our main floor powder room. Once again, the result was stunning. Every stage of the project, from initial brainstorming, to project planning, to design development, to demo and exacting detail in reconstruction, Ed’s team was outstanding. Again. Thank you, Ed, Dave. Marla, Kamil, and the whole crew for your excellent work!

A superb experience from beginning to end. Ed and his team were prompt, reliable, detailed, and professional. From specific design choices to quality work, I couldn't be happier with the experience. In addition to painting an entire interior, electrical work, wall addition, and fixtures, they installed an 18 foot high stacked stone fireplace wall that looks beautiful. I plan to use All Quality again for many future projects.

After meeting with dozens of other contractors we are so glad we went with All Quality. Dave, Ed, and their crew did an amazing job renovating our second floor bedrooms and upgrading our electrical panel. These guys are real professionals and we truly appreciated their communication and thoughtfulness throughout the entire job. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for the great work you have done to improve our home!

We hired All Quality to completely overhaul our kitchen, add a wet bar in the basement as well as some restoration projects caused by water damage and we were thrilled by the results. We worked closely with many All Quality employees and contractors including the company owner, manager, designer and the craftspeople who did the actual work. Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. Overall, All Quality was terrific to work with and provided us with exactly what we were hoping for in a renovation.

Me gusto el trabajo

Mac Construction realizan un excelente trabajo, me gusta su manera de trabajar y lo recomiendo.🤗

They did a very good job fixing our wall and were able to come within 2 days of making appointment and getting a quote. They matched the paint perfectly and were very diligent in making sure the wall was perfectly sanded and even. Also made sure to cover the furniture nearby and cleaned up after. Very reasonable with pricing too! Definitely recommend! Thank you to Angel and his lovely team :)

They had a chance to hire a qualified electrician.... I guess they liked the cheaper unqualified guys. Unlicensed electricians
