Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Casey Tuckpointing Inc. Was chosen among 2 other companies. Art walked me through the process of what would be done from beginning to the end. The crew was excellent. They worked consistently and expediently on breaking down and rebuilding two brick walls by the front concrete stairs, tuckpointing work on both sides of the building, installing caulking with primer where necessary. Upon completion of the work Art came out to inspect it. I was very pleased with the result of the job. The job was done in a timely manner and the price was fair. I recommend Casey Tuckpointing, Inc. to do your work.

Casey Tuckpointing completely revitalized our aging brickwork, making our Chicago bungalow look fresh and beautiful again. The team was professional, prompt, and meticulous in their craftsmanship. They finished on schedule and left everything spotless afterward.

I had them complete Tuckpointing on my three story home and they did an excellent job. Their quote was accurate and reasonable. I would hire them again as they were so good. They had to replace over 500 bricks in my building and were able to complete the job in three days.

This. This is the kind of local crew you want!! Art does a great job of managing the whole process. He came out promptly for an inspection, made a few recommendations, quoted them in a couple days, and communitcated throughout. The whole crew came on time each day (10 min early in fact), the work is solid, they were quick, and they even put up with neighbors being salty about trucks in the alley (hi nieghbors - sorry, it's city life!)

Aside from that glowing overview, the project itself was a garage tuckpointing. Much of the garage is intact but the top few feet of brick wall was completely erroded and one section of the garage was splitting and bulging away. We've wanted to get it all repaired but many contractors had quoted a price that was bordering on the cost of a whole new garage! Art's quote was reasonable and the work he recommended was appropriate. Nothing flashy, just good work. Now the garage is all fixed up, sturdy, and ready for another 100 winters - Thanks guys! The kind of crew I want to hire again even though I really hope I don't need you for a while :)

I'm beyond impressed with Casey Tuckpointing's masonry repair on our vintage two-flat. The brickwork looks sharp and vibrant now. Their crew was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable—carefully explaining each step. I appreciate their craftsmanship and professionalism. A+ experience!

We recently had our front steps re-bricked and tuck-pointed after years of wear and tear. Art and team were extremely responsive, punctual and professional - and not to mention did a wonderful job! They were able to work us into the schedule very quickly as well - and kept the worksite as clean as possible. Highly recommend!

Art and his team did excellent work for a very reasonable price. When I reached out through his website, he was able to come out same day, gave us an estimate that evening, and his crew was able to start work two days later. We really appreciate how timely the work was and how thorough they were. Highly recommend!

Art from Casey Tuckpointing did a fantastic job walking me through every aspect of the work we had done on our house recently!

His crew installed backer rod and caulked where we had a significant gap between our foundation and sidewalk. They did a great job spot grinding, tuck pointing, replacing a window lintel that was rusted out, removing a collapsed chimney and filling in noticeable cracks.

I’d definitely recommend them if you need work done on your home. Experienced masons, knowledgeable, and fair prices!

Irregular sealing..

Very efficient, polite team!

Checkout the NBC 5 news store on what the workers did to the garden of a house they were working on and the horrible response they got from this company.

Good work, fair price!

Great family owned business. The staff are on time and very knowledgeable!

On time, excellent followup, friendly and professional staff.
Highly recommend.

Have used them twice for our back deck and they do a great job!

I wouldn't use them again. Lots of overspray of the stain and the missed large portions of the deck. Don't trust this company to do a good job.

We have used the services of Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing since the mid 90's. Impeccable work. Each and every time.

Great Company! Knowledgeable and professional staff. Cleaning and staining crew were polite, courteous, and provided quality work. Our deck has never looked better! Thanks!

Chicago Deck has a fantastic crew of workers! I've used them for years and have had nothing but great service and a great looking deck! You will not be disappointed.

The guys showed up on time and ready to work. Very efficient and friendly staff. And they hand brush the decks and fence quickly with great precision. Very good Clean up too.

We have used them for years. They won’t do them every year. They feel it is unnecessary. This time I persuaded them to do it after three years.
