Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Professional and generally do a great job. We have used them to clean and stain our condominium decks for the past three or four times. This time they were a little sloppy with the stain. It appeared in places as big drips from the application.

These guys refinished our 6 unit condo deck this summer and did a great job. They were responsive and on time as well as quick (not hasty, there were just a lot of them!). They pressure washed the whole structure and then a few days later came back to do the staining. Thorough job and very timely. Thanks!

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing are the best.
We're repeat clients and they have done an amazing job every time.

Great experience with these guys! Ryan came out to give us an estimate for power washing and resealing/staining our deck. I felt his estimate was VERY reasonable. It did take awhile for them to get to us, but once they started they were super fast and efficient. I did find a couple missed spots after they were gone, and a couple missed cleanup spots, Nothing major though. I mentioned it to Ryan and he sent a couple guys out next day to take care of it. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again when it's time to get our deck done again!

We have used Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing services for several years. We have been very pleased with the service including the quality of the cleaning and sealing in addition to the crews' care in protecting the landscaping surrounding our deck. We highly recommend them.

Great job in cleaning and sealing our small deck! Workers were on time and very considerate of our landscaping surrounding the deck. Work was done per quote and it looks great. Will use them again in a few years when the deck needs attention again.

Great work. Showed up on time. Even came back to do some touching up. Great price.

We have used Chicagoland Deck several times to clean and seal our porches, front and back, and have been 100% happy with the service and the results. We love the stain color on our new back porch. We recommended this business to a neighbor and would recommend it to anyone.

Their team did a great job cleaning and staining/sealing our decks. They were communicative throughout the process, timely, and the quality of the work was very good. Our decks look like new! We're really happy with the results.

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing has serviced my condo building's back decking and porches twice over the years. Each time they were easy to work with, communicative, and professional.

I have used Chicagoland Deck Cleaners for over the past 15 years. Their work is excellent - the communication is clear and prompt. I fully expect to continue using Chicagoland Deck Cleaners in the future.

Had our upstairs patio deck off our bedroom cleaned and stained. Simple 2 day process. Great communication, scheduling was easy and a very fair price. Most importantly our deck looks phenominal.
NOTE: They provided a color board of what stain to use which was so much more helpful than looking at photos. I highly recommend Chicagoland Deck Cleaning and Sealing and will not hesitate to use them again in a few years.

I have used Ryan and his team for years for our deck and fence. They do such a great job. They are efficient, tidy, and easy to work with on scheduling. Plus, they are just nice people.

Worked with them to powerwash and then seal our 2-story deck. True to word, the first day took ~45 mins to power wash, and the second day took about 4 hours to brush everything with the treatment.

Great communication, transparent about costs/rate, and offered to come back to touch up spots the crew missed. 5/5 would work with again!

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Staining did an excellent job power washing & staining my multi-level porch, deck & stairs. They were on time and able the finish the job without damaging any of the plants in my garden. I have used their services in the past & will continue to use them again in the future. 👍

This company was very easy to work. They were professional, timely and did a great job at a good price. Highly recommend!

Have been using this service since 2007 as needed. Always been more than satisfied with their work! Just had the deck powerwashed and stained/sealed after repairing some areas of a wooden deck. Very happy with the outcome! Highly recommend. Very professional!

Chicagoland Decks did an excellent job. The crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. Our large job (two 1000 sqft decks and multiple partitions on three floors) was done over a little more than two days with a 15-man staining crew, which minimized any disruption. This is the second time we have used Chicagoland and will continue to do so. A job well done!

Great experience. They gave us an estimate digitally after providing some basic dimensions for the project. Very good communication for when our job was about to be done. Overall I would highly recommend their services. They even hand sealed/stained our kids play house for very little extra charge.

Just had our old garage sided by Daniel and his team. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. We thought we’d have to build a whole new garage but the team was able to restore ours for a great price
