Working with Sir Grout was an absolute delight. From the first email, staff was responsive and quickly delivered a custom quote after a simple FaceTime consultation. They knew exactly how to repair our cracked master bath shower grout, reseal a tub, and replace seals which had molded — describing what the work entailed and the superior, longer lasting materials they planned to use.

The day of the service, my technicians (Jon and Chris) were friendly, clean and organized, and completed the work quickly. Needed grout repair and cleaning in my master bathroom. Contacted Sri Grout, and they were invaluable. The gentleman who came was very polite and walked me through what he would do before he began, then called me several times to show me progress and the grout colors as he repaired. They spent 5 hours in a medium-sized bathroom and left our bathroom spotless. Great work —our bathroom looks fantastic.

When the grout and stone restoration service which I had previously utilized (and had not actually even been satisfied with) failed to respond to my multiple voicemails requesting an appointment, it was absolutely divine providence which led me to Sir Grout Chicago, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
I was immediately impressed with Sir Grout Chicago's informative website and when I phoned, the new customer appointment representative Conrad was courteous and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and scheduling me for a free estimate. Sales manager John promptly arrived at my home, assessed all of its granite and marble installations, patiently educated me about proper stone maintenance, and provided me with a very reasonable quote for the required work. John is clearly a stone expert and I genuinely enjoyed him sharing his substantial knowledge with me. Project scheduler Marissa was equally professional and was a pleasure to interact with as she set my stone restoration appointment for a date and time which perfectly conformed with my own work schedule. And then there was Jasmin: "the sultan of stone" and "grandmaster of grout"!! This extraordinarily talented craftsman far exceeded not only my expectations, but much more importantly, those of "the boss": my wife, who literally wept for joy when she saw his miraculous restoration of the granite and marble in our home. Jasmin is truly an exceptionally gifted professional who clearly takes tremendous pride in consistently surpassing his customers' expectations, and as a result my wife and I will never ever even consider utilizing any other grout and stone restoration service other than Sir Grout Chicago. We recently hired Sir Grout for three separate projects, and they were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended—such professional and hardworking individuals! John, the estimator, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He provided quotes for both our old and new homes.

1. Townhome Sale – Master Shower
Andrew came to restore the tile and regrout the master shower in our townhome. He was incredibly friendly, explained the process clearly, and carried out the job with great professionalism. When he finished, the shower looked brand new—the tiles sparkled, and all the dirt and black residue in the grout was completely gone. We couldn’t believe how good it looked—wish we had done it sooner! Andrew gets an A++ from us.

2. Basement Floor Restoration
The previous owners of our new home had applied a waxy coat on the ceramic tiles throughout the basement. It started turning white and flaky, almost like peeling skin, and looked terrible. I tried cleaning a small section myself, but it took over an hour and was clearly going to be a never-ending task. That’s when we called in the pros. John came by for the estimate, and Eddy and Jose handled the job wonderfully. They used chemicals, rotary tools, and good old-fashioned elbow grease to strip off all the residue. The results were incredible—we’re so happy with their work! My muscles thank them a ton!

3. Marble Entryway – Restoration
Our marble entryway had seen better days—it was dull, scratched, and clearly neglected. Once again, Jose and Eddy worked their magic and completely transformed it. They brought the marble back to life, and now it looks stunning.

Great! This is our third time using Sir Grout and they always do a really nice job. They are also very polite and careful in space while they work. Ann in scheduling is wonderful. She’s very helpful, efficient and kind.

They arrived less than 24 hours from the time I called. Wasn’t happy about the reviews of the franchised tile cleaning companies so I decided to give Sir Grout a try. They appeared to be more experienced . My tile floor and grout looked like the floor of a hot dog gyro stand . The employee arrived early, the 170 sf kitchen took about 3 hours to clean. The tile and grout now looks like it did when it was installed 15 years ago. Very satisfied with the price , it saved me at least 2 days of labor not including equipment rental.

I hired Sir Grout to re-grout my walk-in shower. I had never heard of them before, but I was impressed by all the positive reviews online, so I decided to call them. My experience with them could not have been better!! They were responsive to my initial inquiry, scheduled an estimate quickly (giving me the choice of a in-home visit or online video appointment), scheduled the work quickly, were flexible when I needed to reschedule the appointment, and the technician who did the work was great -- very nice, very neat, very knowledgeable, and beautiful end-product. While I did not shop around the quote they gave me to see if I could do better elsewhere, I thought the quote was fair for the scope of work, and I was sold on the quality of the company based on my initial interactions with them. In the end, truly one of the all-time best experiences I've ever had with a home repair contractor!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wow! My floor looks brand new! Jose was great! Very consultative and patient while I was deciding! He was very efficient. In and out in 3 hours! Highly recommended!

Sir Grout did a wonderful job cleaning, recoloring and sealing my bathroom and mud room/laundry floors. The results were better than I had thought they would be and I would highly recommend them for the grout recoloring - I didn't even know this was a thing until I found them! My only issue, and the reason for the four stars, is that I still had to clean after they were done, specifically my primary bathroom floor. There was a thin layer of gritty material left on the tile. Overall though, I would still highly recommend!

This is my second experience with Sir Grout, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Recently I moved into a new property with several areas—kitchen, hall, and shower/bath that had natural stone surfaces. The stone surfaces had not been cleaned or sealed for decades.

First, the initial video conference with Ann could not have been easier. I measured the rooms, we did a walkthrough using the camera on my phone, discussed the cleaning and treatment options, and then Ann sent me a quote. I accepted, and she scheduled my appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and outstanding, and the process could not have been easier.

The service day was also excellent. Tim and Juan arrived exactly when they said they would! They covered all areas to protect other surfaces. Each area was cleaned and sealed to perfection, and they completed the work exactly when they said they would. The stone and the grout in all of the areas look and feel brand new. I am very impressed. The Sir Grout process and service are excellent. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them!

Incredible difference in kitchen ceramic tiles - looked like new and flooring is 25 years old. Crew was very professional and accommodating. Some before and after pics below.

Ricardo, Tony, and Gerardo all did amazing work! I had them in to regrout and seal our guest and master bathroom. Our bathrooms were about 8 years old and "okay" but the master bathroom shower tiling definitely needed a refresh... all those grout lines were such a pain to clean. They got the job finished in 2 days and the pricing was very reasonable!

From start to finish, this experience left me speechless. I used the web form on a Sunday to get info and had a call within hours. Their online system is one of the best customer interfaces I've used in terms of info and functionality. The estimate guy was prompt and it was a fair price. Ricardo was meticulous with the grout and clean up. Seriously well done for a shower tile grout refresh. You can guess which pic is the after.

Tony re-grouted my entire primary bathroom - shower and floor and he re-caulked the vanity and tub. He did a great job! He worked very hard and put in a long day to finish it in one day. It looks like I have a new bathroom.
