Gerardo did a fantastic job on my rec room floor. Tile was loose and cracking. He was able to get all the old tiles off, grind off the old grout and glue them back on and re grout them. It looks good as new! I highly recommend him for all your tile needs.

Very thorough process. Mike came on time and evaluated the job and what needed to be done. He quoted me price and explained technician would come and do the work. Harry showed up on time and caulked my bathtub and cleaned and reinforced some of the tiles. Job was done and bathroom was spotless when he left. There were no surprises and price was what Mike quoted me. Highly recommend and will tell my friends about The Grout Medic.

After I had an unexpected water leak from my upstairs neighbor’s shower drain above me, Harry and his team did a wonderful job repairing the drywall and painting my shower ceiling. I would definitely recommend the Grout Medic to all my friends and family for any drywall work and also any regrouting shower work. Huge thanks to Neil for advising me on how to tackle this problem and recommending a great plumber to fix my neighbor’s shower drain leak.

Great company. The work is quick a good. If we had any issues they were very responsive and took care of the issue and resolved it right away. Would highly recommend their services to anyone with work to be done. We have used them for our primary bathroom shower and in the kitchen as well. I just reused them in 2025 for a kitchen sink, basement bathroom and a redo cleaning of the primary bath shower. Very efficient and good work. Looks great! Mike was great to work with and the tech Harry did a great job!

I’m so pleased with the work done in both of my bathrooms! Everything looks so good and was done a lot quicker than expected. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Michael came out a did the estimate and the work was done by Harry the next week. Both gentlemen were truly professional. When the work was done, I paid exactly what my estimate quoted. No surprises. I’m very happy with how this project turned out.

Grout Medic of North Chicago did an excellent job of scheduling an estimate, scheduling our work, and completing our work. Mke Miller arrived to give me an estimate within 24 hours of my request, the work was scheduled as soon as I accepted the quote and for the day I'd requested. Ricardo arrived exactly on time, explained what he needed to do to clean, seal, and caulk our walk-in shower and went straight to work, finishing the job and cleaning up within a half a day. Could not ask for better service, quality work, or better price!

We had a long overdue hallway shower/tub combination steam cleaned, had caulk removed and replaced and sealed. We hadn’t had any professional tile services done in the shower for years, so it looked dirty and stained. Geraldo did an excellent job with the work. The tub and shower, along with a window that’s in the shower, and the soap dish, look brand new. He was extremely thorough, explained the scope of work perfectly and was able to help me find the best price that fit my budget. Ricardo did a phenomenal job with the steam and drain clean, and grout replacement of the floors and shower in my primary bathroom. He took great care with his work and made everything look spotless and brand new. Both Michael and Ricardo were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and hardworking. Our salesperson, Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly, patient and helpful throughout the entire estimation process. After signing the contract, I had to reschedule a couple of times and the administrative office was also helpful. The work was done today and Tony, who was on site did a fantastic job quickly doing a large amount of work for our aging tub, communicating well, and finishing everything within a single day. He also made sure I knew what he had done and how to take care of it afterwards. Overall, definitely a company I would work with again and would recommend that you try as well.

Tony showed up on time and worked hard and diligently on our kitchen floor. Started out by hand scrubbing and steam cleaning existing tile, followed by grout repair and coloring. Clean and efficient. Very happy with result.

Ricardo took pride in his work and did an amazing job cleaning my shower and regrouping to fix 20+ years of black mold buildup. Also, our estimator, Mike, did a great job. Highly recommend using them instead of wasting your time trying to scrub or bleach things that won’t come off.

Jorge did a great job regrouting my bathroom. I changed the old grout color of the dated light sandy color to a darker driftwood grey tone color matching with the tiles. It definitely looks more modern. And it saves me some money from changing the tiles and floors. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience using The Grout Medic of Chicago. Technician Ricardo R worked at our new condo on two separate days and expertly cleaned and color-sealed the grout in two bathrooms and recaulked the shower joints.
