Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

I really appreciate Viktor's team and their job. I had a facade wall that seemed like no one could save it, but thanks to Victor and his team, the brick wall looks like new. The wall was completely repaired and waterproofed. The work was done qualitatively, each brick was laid professionally, the team used high-quality materials, which is also no less important. They had made an incredible job at an affordable price. I highly recommend Viktor and his team.

Ace masonry has done extensive work on my home before and after we replaced our windows on first the back and then the front of our house. They have always been responsive, professional, and courteous. Their workers are all experts . We had Victor and Bogdan most recently, and they left our home looking better than it did before. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they are true artisans in selecting and laying brick, matching the pattern of the bricks. I rarely review products or contractors but in this case Victor with his team exceeded all of my expectations. I am very happy with the work and impressed with their professionalism. I recommend Ace Masonry and Tuck. for anyone who needs quality brickwork.

We had a great experience with Ace Masonry. They were very professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the process. We are a smaller HOA and had a lot of deferred tuck pointing work that needed to be addressed. Ace Masonry worked worked with us to break the project into phases, lending their expertise to help determine which work needed to be prioritized. You can tell they care about what they do and delivering great work. We never felt like we were being sold extra work or being mislead in anyway. They are very honest and good people to work with. We would recommend Ace Masonry to anyone.

Ace masonry and tuckpointing did work for me. Victor, Jared and another young man ( unfortunately I don’t know his name) came to my home. A beautiful job was done under as well as along my bay window in the front of my home and my chimney. It was never done since I moved in . It was dirty with cracks and missing cement. The job was very reasonable, on time, done to perfection and when he was done my area was clean. They are very personable and professional. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would use them again if I need work done. I recommend using this company. Thank you all very much.

I had a great experience working with this construction company. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and prompt. The team was reliable, detail-oriented, and completed the project on time and within budget. I truly appreciated their dedication to quality and their ability to bring my vision to life. Highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent work at a good price! A car had run into our building and destroyed the bricks and window, as well as mangling the lentil. These guys had it all looking better than new in less than two days! And they are also very honest. I had overpaid them without realizing it, and they reached out to me to let me know, to return the money. Honest, skilled workers are hard to find, would definitely recommend them for any masonry work!

Ace masonry did a wonderful job on our Chicago bungalow!! Communication was easy and pricing was transparent. The work looks beautiful. We appreciate that they gave us a few different mortar colors to choose from and how clean they left the work site. We highly recommend them.

We called out Victor and the crew from Ace Masonary and from start to finish, everything was fantastic. We had an old chimney given us much problems. They came give us an free estimate next day and done a total rebuild with couple days. They also help us out with some bricks around the property would highly recommend this company. Everything was clean and fast. Will definitely call again in future

It was pleasure to work with Ace Masonry, from the beginning to the end, was professional and easy to work with. Responded almost immediately to my request for a quote, was super easy to schedule, and friendly to deal with. They turned my old brick rail, to the amazing way that I could not even aspect. explained the process thoroughly, worked efficiently and went over everything when they were done. If I ever have bricks issues again around my house I will absolutely contact their knowledgeable team. I highly recommend them!

I recently had them out to solve water issues coming into my basement where the stairs and brick meet the foundation. As well as do some general tuck-pointing around the house and garage. They did an amazing job and earned every penny with their dedication to providing good service. He even did some additional spot tuck-pointing at no additional cost with the left over mortar. My favorite part is that unlike the others who offer tuck-pointing he mixed the mortar darker so that it doesn’t stand out when looking at the house. So many homes in my neighborhood have obvious tuck-pointing but not me. I have already recommended them to my family.

P.s some of the photos are from when the mortar was fresh and hadn’t dried yet. But the areas dried nicely and look good.

I needed brick work and stone work done at my propery. After spending a lot of time sorting through reviews, I decided to contact ACE Masonry to get a quote for all of the work I needed done, based on their excellent reviews. Communication with Victor and his team was excellent from initial contact through completion of the work. Everything was completed on schedule, exactly as discussed, and looks fantastic. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend ACE Masonry and Tuckpointing

Excellent job. Very professional and courteous. They got back to me immediately, came out, and then sent me an estimate. I needed block glass and tuckpointing. They even filled the gap between my house and sidewalk. I would highly recommend them.

Just want to say thank you so much for your hard work. The way my house looks now, it’s better than I imagined in my head. From the beginning to the end everything was smooth and perfect. Quick quote, reasonable price, clean, and fast. For sure will contact you in future if needed

💯💯 I highly recommend Victor and his team at Ace Masonry and Tuckpointing. They took on a complex and dangerous high-elevation job that other companies were unwilling to handle. The work required skill, experience, and confidence at height — and their team delivered without hesitation. Everything was done professionally, safely, and with great attention to detail. It’s clear they are true experts who are not afraid of challenging work. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism and would trust them again without question.
