Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Ace Masonry are great. They gave me the best price and the best work. Good communication all through the project. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Victor and crew.

Ace Masonry was top notch and very professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up nicely. They did some tuck pointing under my back deck and it looks great. Start to finish I highly recommend them.

This company does excellent work and at a reasonable cost. I had water getting into the concrete of my bedroom wall which caused major problems. Now, it’s been approximately 3months and everything is continuing to be dry. Thank you Ace Masonry for the great job you done😊

I have a challenging brick structure that needed extensive work. Victor and team did all of the design, permits and materials to complete the work. They were dependable and reliable for a fair price. They matched new brick with existing brick flawlessly. I would recommend them for any project.

I used Ace once again for a job to replace cracking and crumbling bricks at the corner edge of my house. Once again, the work was of the highest quality and craftsmanship. When they left, it was hard to tell they were there. The clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend Victor and Jarred for any brick work you may need.

Hired Victor to do some masonry work around this new window we were putting in. He was very reasonably priced, very responsive and agreed to help us temporarily install a window which is out of their normal expertise. He was efficient and effective and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend to all.

I highly recommend Ace Masonry and Tuck pointing. They came out and inspected what needed to be done and corrected within a day of me calling them. Gave me a GREAT quote and started the job a week ahead of expected start day. Completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend these guys. I will pass their information onto my neighbors, friends and family

Jarad was very professional came to my home greeted me with a handshake (virtually) and with a smile. He sent my estimate within the hour and I gave him the job. His crew did excellent work on my home at a affordable price chimney repair and exterior walls and limestone. Beautiful work not sloppy. You and your crew nailed it Jarad.

Our Property Management Firm is a proud client of Ace Masonry and Tuckpointing. They do great work and we use them quite often. We've been a long standing and happy customer and we will continue to use them for all of our masonry and tuckpointing needs. The actual work and customer service is exemplary. We are more than satisfied with their performance.

Victor and his team do incredible work and are highly knowledgeable in all facets of masonry work and tuckpointing. We hired them to tuckpoint and seal our entire building (three flat, with five floors), as well as replace multiple failing lintels. Their communication, quality of work, professionalism, and just overall knowledge can't be beat. Highly recommend!!!

We working with Ace masonry and Tuckpointing , and they did my chimney, renovation, and I am very pleased with this guys. Everything was done properly and professionally. I am recommended this guys to everybody who needs good quality work!!!!

Very happy with Ace Masonry! They came out quickly to provide me with a quote and were able to complete the job within the same week. They were very kind and did an amazing job on the tuck pointing. Thanks so much!

We had a small job to try and stop a leak on a second floor greystone. Many other companies never responded, but Ace not only responded quickly they came out two days later and evaluated situation. They determined the cause was most likely just a badly sealed window on unit above. Before any one else even responded they sealed the window at no cost as sometimes it is tough to determine cause. So if this does not fix we will have someone reliable to call. While it was a small job, it was still 2 people with about an hour of time to help us and we will call them for any other repairs.

Highly Experienced, prompt service. High quality work! I definitely recommend.

We are thrilled with the job Ace did tuck pointing our home. We have an almost 150 year old brownstone downtown, and Ace did a beautiful and efficient job securing our basement and a few areas on the outside of our home. Outside of their great work, they had prompt polite and direct communication. They got us in for an estimate within a day or two of calling, delivered estimate a few days later, and they were able to start our work within a week of deciding to go with them. After getting estimates from a few companies, we decided to go with ACE for a number or reasons - their competitive pricing was helpful to make it an easy decision, but ultimately we felt we could trust how professional they were and their clear technical skill. We also appreciated how tidy they were. We will be calling them in the future for any masonry projects, and recommending whenever it applies.

Chimney repair was done absolutely stunning__ NO DUST__!
Tuck-pointing in my other house was done smooth and with no head ache at all! Professional guys! Recommend 100%

Great company. They were a pleasure to work with. They did an incredible job

It was great to work with Ace Masonry and Tuck. Victor was always checking on the work that his crew was doing and making sure I was happy. The guys that did the chimney were amazing! They were quick, excellent workmanship and super nice people. Victor was communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Couldn't be happier with the results. Definitely will hire them again in the future if we need additional masonry work done.

We have worked with Ace Masonry twice and they have done great work both times.

My condo building had tuckpointing and chimney repair done by Ace Masonry 3 years ago. Everything was great, done in the time they estimated and at the cost of the estimate. I called them recently for a problem I wasn't sure was related to the prior work they did. They came out today snd fixed the issue, did not charge anything, said it was covered by the warranty. Don't bother getting lots of estimates, just hire Ace Masonry and Tuckpointing, you will be glad you did
