I love my new stained cedar fence! Dan helped me design the fence, and I really appreciate him letting me go back and forth on design until we nailed down the perfect one. The crew who installed the fence was also great. They were efficient and let me have input on the day of install. I’d recommend this company for anyone looking for a new high quality fence!

We had our south driveway gate and north front panel completed by Bespoke. The fabrication of the steel frame is beautiful and the cedar paneling has completely transformed the front of our home.

I have spoken the office staff and management about the components of this project that were disappointing, but their commitment to customer service to remedy the issues that came up were very impressive.

1. The sales rep never checked in a single time throughout the process. It was clear once I signed the contract, he could care less because he was getting his money. I even told him in an email that his lack of response was disappointing and he never replied. From my understanding, even his coworkers struggle to get in touch with him. Edwin, you should consider a new job because I will never work with you directly again and will make sure that all of my referrals know to not accept you as a sales rep. I have already let the office know that when we do the privacy fence around the yard next, we want a new consultant. Do better.
2. Xianna and Pam in the office are phenomenal. They take the brunt of the complaints and service requests, and it's clear they care. Ownership needs to understand that their responsiveness is the only reason I didn't write a negative review to start. I am a service manager for a home improvement company so I know what quality service looks like and I also know someone who acts as a company punching bag. They are the HEART of a company like this and they would not be running without the two of you. Give those girls a raise.
3. Marcos, the manager reached out when it was clear there was a lack of communication occuring and he stayed in contact. His craftsmanship and his communication at the end of the project was top notch. He needs a raise as well. He gets his hands dirty still and that type of integrity is honorable.
4. Jose is a great installer. He worked, HARD in this July heat and pivoted when some of the original plans and measurements were clearly not going to work because of spacing, unmarked pipes, etc. these are things that were out of his control and he was graceful even in 95 degree heat. Marcos helped with re fabrication of the original gate which turned out beautifully as well.

Overall, the reviews are accurate. Edwin could use some significant work on his responsiveness with his customers. We are homeowners, not just dollar signs. Communication with the installers to the office staff regarding issues is good, but office should definitely reach out as soon as that happens so that the customers know the new lead times, understand the issue and know what the next steps are. Communication is the main thing they need, but when I asked for communication, I did receive it. My suggestion is to beat the homeowner to the punch because when they are spending large amounts of money or even smaller amounts of money, you never know the other projects they may nee, the other properties they might own(my family owns and manages several) and the neighbors that are watching as the project comes to life and inquiry about the experience (I've had SEVERAL, including our garbage man!)

All the folks at Bespoke are great! They are quick to communicate, friendly, and above all fair! I had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with the owner, Dan, directly and he did an amazing job at answering all my questions as well as being flexible with my needs. I could not have asked more from the folks at Bespoke and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence. All their materials are made in house and super high quality too, not your typical store found material. They were willing to place a fence post every 6 feet for me which provided ultimate stability to the fence all for a price that could not be beat. 10/10 experience.

I love, love, love my new fence. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The install team came on time and went right to work. We had our new fence in one day. This company is awesome. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.

Edwin comes out and does your measurements and quote.There not pushy sales pitch and they are very fair in price. I did do another composite fence by a competitor and I can say I am very happy .Bespoke traveled close to Evanston and were very professional, Jose and his co worker made sure everything was aligned properly. They communicated well and I have already quoted my next fence !

Marcos and his team worked tirelessly to get a tough project done properly. They saw the project through after need to rework a couple of aspects and did a great job.

I absolutely love my new fence! I live on a corner lot and it honestly stands out beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased. Bespoke Fence Co exceeded my expectations as far as professionalism, quality and the speed of my install. I would highly recommend them for any fencing needs!

From the estimate to application to installation, the process was handled professionally. My fence was installed smoothly and in one day which was impressive!

It was a pleasure to work with Bespoke Fence. Dan did a great job of thoroughly discussing our options and then helping us to choose a fence that goes well with our home and our property. The office personnel were very flexible and knowledgeable with any questions that we had. The install crew worked diligently in making sure that everything was completed in a timely, efficient manner. I'm very please with my new fence and I'm already getting compliments on how it improves the curb appeal.

Installation went well, the gate itself is beautiful. However if you need to get your gate serviced, they have a warranty, but I have been calling and leaving messages for months to get my gate serviced now that it has been sagging and no longer closes. They have communicated that they cannot schedule it due to staffing or will call me back and do not call me back. However, if you are still installing new gates for new customers and have welders for that, why can’t a service call be scheduled? It has been frustrating feeling that if you are a new customer, they will help you, but if you’re a returning customer that you have to jump through so many hoops to get support. I will keep calling and seeing if I can get this service. I will update my post as time goes on.

Update: I did get a call back after leaving a message again and they were able to fix my gate, thank you Marcos! He was great at explaining what I actually needed vs trying to upsell me which I always appreciate. Thank you

Dan and team did a great job with my fence and gate repair. Very detail oriented, great communication and fast, high quality work! I would recommend them to friends and family!

Shane is a wonderful asset for Bespoke. He worked to get adjustments to fence updated and remained professional from beginning to end. Flaco was great as well.

I’ll first start review by saying the fence itself is beautiful. It’s everything that I truly wanted and envisioned prior to their team building and bringing said vision to fruition. That said, there are definite lapses in communication surrounding timing. Initial process of assessing property, getting measurements and estimate was seamless. Once estimate was provided and my amendments were received , I received an update on price and provided down payment for project. I was told that my wait time would be around two - to two and half weeks before my project could begin. And it is outlined on site and within contract that promised timelines are subject to change based on weather conditions. May was definitely a rainy month , so I anticipated a week or so lag. Around the first or second week in June, I hadn’t received any communication from the team directly (there is an app that shows you where in queue your project is) , but outside of that, no one called or emailed to update me on timeframe. I called and inquired and was told the following week I should be coming up in queue. A week comes and goes, no update, no fence. The following week I call again, and was told I wouldn’t be provided with a specific date because they can’t determine when someone can come out. Another week goes by, I call again and told the same. A few days pass and I was told my fence would be installed on June 24th. Then texted that it would be the next day. Then texted the weekend and told it would be pushed to the following week. I had every intention on calling to cancel that Monday morning but the crew showed up to begin work. Once worked was completed , the lock for the door was faulty (due to no fault of the company, likely manufacture issue) and the bar to lock gate was placed on public side of fence, not property private side of fence. I called and let them know of changes needed and was told someone would be out that week. Three weeks later and I’ve emailed and called and gotten promises but still no action. Based on fence itself, I would love to give company a 5 star rating but communication I’m guessing between scheduling and implementation teams has been quite the headache.
