Kenan did an excellent floor job in my office. He is very prompt, polite, and efficient. He cleaned everything thoroughly when he was finished. I will definitely hire him again for my next project.

I worked with Abraham and his team to replace deck boards on our balcony. They were very professional and did great quality work!

I've worked with Trades CC for multiple common area repairs and improvements (door replacement, flooring repair, etc.) at condo associations I manage. Abraham and his crew are quick to respond, competitively priced, and provide quality work that we are happy to recommend to our owners.

I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional tradespeople. Our HOA contracted with them to offer optional exterior door replacements, and I hired them to replace the door to my roof deck. They installed the incorrect door, after first bringing a different incorrect door to my house. Then tried to tell me the incorrect door was the correct one (it wasn’t). After finally admitting to the error, they said it would be 4 week to get a replacement door. After 8 weeks, they said they wanted to instead just replace the incorrect frosted glass with clear. They new window was shoddily installed with adhesive all over the exterior of the door, loose trim fit, and caulk all over window.

And the door install that was originally supposed to take a few hours to install and a couple more to paint trim back in October instead dragged over 6 months, countless reschedulings, no shows, delays, excuses... every time requiring COVID precautions (often for nothing) to protect at-risk household member. We never even had them finish the painting (which was supposed to be done with window install, but the wasn’t) because we were so over the issues.

Abraham’s team is very responsive and professional and do a high quality job. Have used them for roof siding , door repairs , and drywall and painting services — all well done !!! Highly recommended

Abraham did an amazing job having his team repair the leak on the roof top deck. He is reliable and always promptly responded. He performed tests to pin point the location of the leak, the final job was excellent! I will continue to use his services and definitely recommend him!
