I made an appointment for 11AM but the technician Ervin didn’t get here until after 3PM. Before that At 12 I called him to see how long will it take him and He kept lying telling me he’s 5-10 minutes away. How does 5-10 minutes away turn into 4 hours later? That right there should have been the dealbreaker for me. when Ervin finally got here, he tried to charge me $750 just to simply switch out two electrical outlets. Im not joking. The work will only take him less than a half to do so do you justify charging me $750? When he finally realized I wasn’t going to fall for his scam, he called whoever and he lowered the price but it still was too high. Im not even sure he’s licensed let alone bonded from his answers to my questions. Then he left and went to the Home Depot to get the materials, which took him another two hours! I was done. When he finally got back I was about ready to call the police. I strongly do not recommend doing business with them. This company doesn’t value your time and is very disrespectful to customers.
