Sam, Ana, and Francisco & team were communicative, thorough, and did incredible work at my properties (2) over the past months. The inspector's comments were "this is how it should be done" - that's incredible praise. Cannot recommend more! 10.0 A++

STS was very professional, worked hard and consistently; they showed up on time and did excellent work. Sam communicated in a friendly helpful manner and followed through to make sure I understood what was happening and offered additional Assistance to ensure we had the best experience possible. I am so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them!

STS helped when the circuit board blew on our rental. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, especially considering I couldn’t be there to check the work at the time. The final product was clean, well done and organized.

If you live in the Chicago area, I strongly suggest you look no further for your electric needs but to go with the best company I have ever worked with. From the office staff, supervisors and technicians are rated 10 out of 5 if that was possible. An amazing service rendered and as a very satisfied customer they will stay with me for all future projects.The detailed and precision of this service was unbelievable. STS Electric exceeded my expectations with their Level 2 EV charger installation. Sam, the estimator, provided a transparent bid that was slightly higher than others but reflected their commitment to quality without cutting corners—I’m glad I chose them. Ana in customer service was fantastic, handling invoicing and ensuring everything was set up perfectly for my rebate application. The installation team delivered quick turnaround, excellent service, and open communication throughout. Highly recommend for transparency and quality workmanship!

I really appreciate how Sam showed concern for my father and worked hard to make sure he was happy with the work. He also came back a few times to make sure things were working properly. Really great service and they did an awesome job. I’m a first time home-owner and they were really great with explaining different options and what might best fit my home. I had both painters and electrician’s come in to do work. Both times they were efficient and the results are great. Nice people. Sam was fantastic at coordinating and walking me through the process. We had lots of work done and it was done quickly and reliably :)

They are not licensed or bonded. They only take late night emergency calls then they double charge you and can’t even do the work.

Tony is awesome. I had a 100 year old wiring mess in my apartment. Tony took about 2 hours total to get everything squared away. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Tony and his crew installed a couple of fans and light fixtures. We are pleased with the work so far and would use their services again . They were very professional and always responded when we reached out.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable and worked very fast. He took his time to explain the issues I was having and what changes needed to be made to make sure I didn’t have problems later on.

I rarely leave reviews, but I want to let everyone know about the extraordinary service I received over the weekend by Tony and Grace. The electricity went out on a very cold night for one of my parent’s tenants. I called All Power Electric at 8pm on a Friday night and talked to Tony right away. I explained to Tony the situation and he immediately diagnosed the issue and told me what to do to save myself the money of calling in a dispatch (he initially said it was a ComEd issue). Because it was a cold night and the tenants had a little boy, I still wanted him to come out and make sure that everything was working as should. He was at the property quickly, troubleshooted everything and repeated his initial diagnosis (that it was a ComEd issue). I tried calling ComEd via their main customer service number several times but since it was after hours I was not able to get through to a live person. The next day Tony found out that power still was not restored and unable to get through to a live person and he had Grace call ComEd directly via a number they used as contractors and not only were we able to get through to a live person but we found out the problem was that the unit was improperly registered which led to the power being cut. If it weren’t for Tony and Grace the tenants would have been without power the entire weekend and I would have had to relocate them. While this review isn’t for work that was performed, it’s a testament to the great work ethic of both of these individuals.

I would also like to say that I called two other 24 hour electricians before calling All Power Electric and one didn’t answer until the next day and the other wouldn’t be able to dispatch someone until two days later. All Power Electric responded right away and was at the property quickly. I will definitely call them in the future and highly recommend them.

I had an unfortunate situation of faulty wiring finally causing the electricity in the house to go out. The breaker box was smoking, the smell of melted plastic and hot wire, etc was quite obvious. I was able to find All Power Electric Inc and they came out right away. Grace was extremely helpful and Pablo showed up, took a look and assessed the problem and fixed things. This was late on a Sunday night, and it was hot - so no AC. Thankfully, they got things up and running, ordered the necessary parts, and installed everything professionally. I was very pleased and would use them again!

My technician was Tony Juarez. He came out at the time he said he was supposed to last night and today. He was so informative on what was happening and future preventive actions as well. Even when ComEd was here, he led the charge on making sure they did their part so that he could correctly do his. Everything is up and running now and my family is so pleased thanks to him. I would recommend him to ANYONE. Thanks again!

My dryer broke down one day and I had to hire an electrician immediately. The company sent out Pablo on the go. He very quickly identified the problem, provided an estimate and got to work. I have had hired electricians before but this company is unrivaled. If you’re looking for an electrician, this is it, look no more. 5/5.

All Power Electric is a family owned local business that offers friendly, timely, professional electrical service for all your electrical needs. Their analysis, insights and craftsmanship is of the highest caliber. Tony is a multi-disciplinary tradesman whose skill in electrical engineering is matched only by his ability in carpentry, and he taught his son, Pablo, everything he knows. I wouldn't choose any other service beside All Power Electric Inc.

Came in and provided a quick estimate along with recommendations for a fair price. Grace was easy to communicate along with the additional repair people. I went with them because they did a great job at communicating all the repairs with me and were transparent about the entire repair.

The electrician was punctual. Very professional, kind, understanding, genuine, friendly, honest, patient and fair. He tells you exactly what the situation is and why. Is very knowledgeable in his profession. Walks you through each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and why and what costs will be associated with the ongoing process. By far one of the best electricians I had to the pleasure of getting to know and work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. No way you can go wrong with this company. Honest and hardworking individuals. That goes a long way and difficult to find at times. So knowing I have these true professional individuals to work with will be a massive headache saver. Anyone reading should at least give them a call for their electrical needs. :)

Everyone at All Power were very helpful. They came in diagnosed what I needed to replace in an upstairs apartment and then did all the wiring and put up the fixtures.At a reasonable price. They were quick ,clean and courteous. I'm having them come back to finish the second half of the apartment.
