Electrical reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Dominik just did my generator inlet and an exterior outlet. TOP NOTCH work!!!!
Will recommend amongst friends and relatives.

Mr. Dominik did quick work of a complicated situation at my shop. He stayed late to make sure I’m up and operational by morning. He’ll be my first phone call for any electrical needs I may have in the future.

Dominik is a great professional electrician that takes pride in his work! and takes care of his clients his work is done precisely and on time.

I’ve relied on Dominik for several years, now for electrical needs for my business and home. His knowledge is solid! Has no fear of heights. Arrives when he says he will, cleans up after his work, and I can trust him to let himself in and out if I can’t be on site. I would absolutely recommend this gentleman and his business.

Dominic does a great job. He is responsive, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of electrical work. We have used his services several times and recommended him to others.

Dom & Karol are professional, knowledgeable, calm, confident & clean in the work that they do. 80+ year old home with quirks & a few mysterious to problems to resolve - Dom communicated & explained the choices throughout. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Domsky Electric has been excellent. The owner, Dominic was knowledgeable, responsive and easy to communicate with. Dominic completed 2 projects on time and on budget. One at my residence and another large commercial project renovating an office building. Both of these were "down to the studs" renovations. Great work and competitively priced!

We requested updated electrical work to Domsky Electrical and they did a very fine job getting it done efficiently and promptly.
(Updated old outlets to code and added and replaced new lighting in our ceilings)

We had further requests once they were at our house for some more work and they were able to add it on to their schedule and finished it all in a timely matter.

They were prompt ( returned phone calls and gave us quotes for work quickly), courteous,
and on time for starting the job each day they came over.

We will use them again, when the need arises and highly recommend this business.

I learned of Domsky Electric by referral so I gave Dominik a call to see if he could help me fix an electrical issue I was having upstairs after an electric radiator overloaded the circuit. He arrived timely and was very patient and informative with all of my questions and even helped show me how to check and troubleshoot a few things on my own before he left. He took the time to make sure everything was safe and secure before heading out and even gave me a spare fuse for an old sub panel box we have upstairs. I’m so glad he was referred to me. He has fair pricing and is honest, prompt, and efficient. If/when I have electrical needs in the future, I will definitely be giving him a call again. Thank you Dominik!

Dominik is the best! Super professional, friendly, works in a timely manner and knows the job well. He makes sure to advise what’s best for each project. He does an outstanding job and we could not recommend him more for all your electrical work needs!

We hired Domsky to upgrade our home’s service from 100A to 200A. Dominik did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. Once that project was done he installed several lights and completed some miscellaneous electrical tasks for us. We enjoyed working with him and know we have our “electrical guy” for the future.

Dominik is my go-to electrician for my restaurant, downtown. He's done a wide range of work for me— relocating and installing outlets, running conduit, wiring and installing commercial equipment, upgrading our electrical panel. He's knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. He takes the time to explain, and works with me to find a solution to every problem. If he tells me something, I know it's trustworthy. Residential or commercial, you're in good hands.

Amazing service working with Dominick. We are so appreciative of his time and his incredibly work. He turned our vision to life with lighting but more importantly worked tirelessly when we called initially by getting a recommendation because our initial electrician just ghosted us with a few days before Christmas. Dominick made time and got us up and running with our appliances and the basics and saved our Christmas literally. Not only was he hard working Everytime he came. He was reliable, communicated with us both prior to coming and in our house and we are forever grateful for his work.

Dominik is reliable, competent, and knowledgeable about any electrical work that needs to be done. Dominik and his crew went on and beyond fixing lots of electrical issues at our property and there is no one else that I would trust; I highly recommend him and prices are reasonable! He’s the best of the best!

Absolutely fantastic work from Dominik and his team at Domsky electric. We had an extensive renovation with which included all new recessed lighting, new switch wiring, and new circuits.

Dom has an extreme wealth of knowledge and is precise and careful in his work - wiring is organized neatly, switches sit flush, and everything is absolutely to code - no issues with any of our inspections and we passed on the first try.

If you're looking for a detail-oriented electrician, look no further than Domsky. I'll 100% be hiring them for our next job.

A review long overdue. Dom is my go-to electrician and has worked on two of my homes. He’ll take time to work you through his process and will complete work in a timely manner. I trust him to give honest assessments and offer estimates at a reasonable rate. At one point, he even took time to review my home’s electrical… which meant a lot to me. Im glad to have worked with him and hope to continue working with him in the years to come.

I suppose the only downside is that he’s 6’4 and looks more model-like than an electrician…. But hey.. nobody’s perfect. Lol.

Dominik and Vladimir are the only electricians I’m going to call (and I’ve worked with many). Got my basement remodeled and they piped new conduit wires, removed old flex, installed new lighting fixtures, electric mirror, heated flooring and bath fan. Very competitive quote. They worked fast AND they cleaned after they were done!

Dominik did all the electric work in my condo renovation and he did a great and clean job. I was happy with his work, so I had him come back to install more lighting. The Lutron Radio Ra3 lighting system and lights were very complicated and he did a great job putting it all together and getting it up and running. The work looks beautiful.

Dominik and Karol did an incredible job repairing a difficult electrical issue in my building, replacing the old corroding conduit to my unit. Watching these guys work was like watching a couple of surgeons- they were highly efficient, organized, and precise. I also really appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. The cost of the job was more than reasonable for their level of skill. Will definitely be referring them to friends.

Very Happy with the work done in my kitchen .

I had Kris from VP Electric Service install a ceiling fan and a new light fixture, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He was professional, efficient, and kept the workspace clean throughout the job. Everything was installed perfectly and works flawlessly. If you need a reliable, skilled electrician, VP Electric Service is the one to call. Highly recommended.
