We had no electrical service to our condo. The electric company said everything was fine on their end. We looked for an emergency electrician in the area and found West Ridge Electrician. They said $85 to come out and see what the problem was. The electrician comes and says it's $360 to diagnose the problem. Why didn't they mention this during the call? They lowered the price a little. Turns out the problem WAS with the electric company, but we were still charged $300 just for them to tell us that. The electrician himself was cordial and helpful, but this entire practice is deceptive and unfair and takes advantage of people who think they need emergency service.

Electrician canceled my appointment at the last minute.

Sold yearly membership for $199 and electrician that was scheduled to come today from 8am-11am cancelled less than an hour before the deadline. Ended up incurring additional fees because of this lack of communication. Totally unprofessional.

This isn’t a business. It’s a scam. They charged me $129.00 for a ‘one time fee’ which turned out to be a subscription for a year membership in ‘premium home services’. Technician with whom I booked an appointment never called or showed up. Cancelled the ‘membership’ and they weren’t even surprised. Total crock.

I waited hours for a 9-12 appointment time and then called at 11:20. They told me that my appointment had been rescheduled, all while misgendering me and calling me 'sir'. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me my appointment was canceled until I asked, presenting me great difficulty due to my busy schedule and taking that morning off from work.

Their fast response to my service call was outstanding. They were punctual, had great communication concerning the problem I had. The managed to fix it quickly. The price was fair too. I'll use them again if I have another need for electrical service.

Jacob went above and beyond when we needed our ceiling fan installed. He patched a hole in our ceiling that he didn't have to and even came out on a Saturday morning. We will always use these guys. Great company and work ethic! It was just awesome.

Dalton Electrical Contracting technicians installed four electrical outlets. Their work was superb and neat. They exceeded my expectations In terms of performance. This company has it all no need to look anywhere else.

5 star customer service. With over 10 years in the business, Joe is your guy for the hard stuff and small stuff. Great and reasonable pricing. He replaced my electrical panel and brought it up to code, which required moving it. He only had my electric off for several hours. He installed my chandelier. Amazing service!!!!

Dalton Electrical Contracting came out, early, and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. We knew we had a main panel with multiple double taps and it is a 50+ Year old 100amp panel. We had them give us an estimate to have that replaced while the were here. Thanks guys.

This is not an electrical company so much as an appointment setting company who wants to sell you a membership. I will say it was disguised pretty well as an electric company though. They promised me an appointment time but the tech who really doesn’t truly work for them, Who was already supposed to be here 20 minutes ago told me he just got the appointment and there’s no way he would make it there on time he’s over an hour away at a dentist appointment. You might end up with a good technician as it just goes to random technicians and I appreciate the technician that reached out to me Being honest and letting me know they were promising things they couldn’t deliver. Plus they seem really unorganized they sent him even though they were supposed to send someone else and didn’t tell him I already paid a different fee. I nearly called and now I’m trying to get my money back but of course they’re not making it easy.

I make it a point to support our towns local businesses, and Dalton Electrical Contracting makes it easy for me to continue to keep coming back. No matter who they send out to help with our problem, the technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous. The best part is, no matter what the project I'm involved in is, the work they provide is consistent and of the highest quality.

Very professional and experienced tech was sent out the next day by the friendly staff person who took my call. Dean was on time and even called to say he could come by earlier. He knew what to do and fixed a problem that the previous electrician didn't fix -- replacing the arc fault breaker. The team over at Dalton Electrical Contracting has been great to work with. We recently purchased a home and have had Dean out to do a review of the electrical system, make some minor repairs and present some options to improve the out dated and DIY wiring in our home. The team has done a great job of communicating expectations and explaining everything for us.
