E.L.M. just finished window washing at the Logan Square Cooperative. They did a fantastic job. They were on time. Courteous. Fast. Great price and easy, no touch payment. We highly recommend them. They also do other work - like snow removal. They are great to work with!

We had ELM clean windows on a three flat as well as do limestone cleaning and powerwashing. Very easy to work with. Great communication and professional. Awesome customer service! Give them a try. A super positive experience!

Very professional with fast and efficient services. They came to clean my gutters and wash down my windows (which havent been washed in years). I remember walking to my house and seeing the difference my windows made, almost making my house looking new. lol. And the gutters where left spotless, i havent had any trouble when it comes to rain time. Such professional services with a follow up call right after and for such a great price? cant beat that. 10/10.

E.L.M. did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out on our three story condo building! From my initial meeting with Maria for an estimate to Maria's follow up call after the job was complete, I found E.L.M. to be professional, great with communication and willing to work with us to make sure our individual units in our building were getting the services they requested. After experiencing heavy rain storms I became very concerned about my gutters and spouts. I contacted ELM because they are in the neighborhood and I wanted to see about scheduling an appointment to have my gutters and spouts cleaned that week. Maria and her team were not only professional and courteous, but they came out that very same day to the care of me! The guys did a thorough job, kept me updated as they were going along, and took before and after pictures. Plus, the price to perform the service was competitive and fair. Great job! Can’t wait to work with ELM again.

Used them about 2 years ago , they had hidden fess when where disclosed at time of service. The guys I had cleaning did more damage then good , cleaned the windows cant say they turned out to be the cleanest. they did end up getting all my walls dirty and said that its not their fault and not their problem. Tired to deal with them internally but never got a response.

Konstantine and Ivan are wonderful! Our home has some difficult to access windows, and they were able to take care of everything without a problem. Not only do all of our windows sparkle, but they also were very conscientious to keep everything neat and not to trample our flowers. Will definitely use them again!

Rus arrived and worked efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend Sparkle and use them again. My only warning would be when it was time to pay, I was offered check or online payment without being told there would be an $11 service charge for using credit card. I surely would have written a check had I known this!

Ivan did a terrific job. Windows look fantastic. He also cleaned the outside stairs and they are terrific as well. Five star service.
