We hired them to install baby gates and a barn door, specifying that they needed to be screwed into the studs due to previous issues with them coming loose. The installer assured us he was doing it right, but just three weeks later, both gates started coming out of the wall when used regularly. This created a hazardous situation for our kids. When I contacted them about the problem, their response was surprising - we'd have to pay full price for removal and reinstallation. The barn door also had two screws pop out with just a simple opening. Needless to say, we won't be hiring them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Be cautious with this business - they'll take advantage of you. I hired them to clean my dryer vent because the initial quote seemed fair. However, when Lee arrived, he told me that a basic cleaning would cost $199, but "deep cleaning" was $470. The deep cleaning only involved removing lint from the entire vent, taking about 15 minutes. He then claimed the vent needed replacing and charged for it, but said he couldn't finish the job on the same day and left without completing the work. Despite leaving behind the part, I've never heard from him again. I feel deceived and ripped off, warning others to steer clear of this company.

The issue is resolved and there's no more lint blowing back inside. He warned about the dangers of blocked vents increasing fire risk.
