I am moving into my apartment tomorrow!! It was not cleaned and I called Sharon and she made magic happen!! Wayne came within an hour and did an excellent job cleaning my apartment! I will be using them once a month for cleaning. Thank you guys so much!!

Sharon talked and sounded so competent and on top of things. She made it seem that she was professional and would take her work as a point of personal pride. However, I learned that it is just a typical street sham that she runs on customer's at her convenience. As soon as she got paid she ceased working with the job (less than) halfway done and left. When I contacted her about her incomplete job, she offered to return and correct it with another payment at a discount rate.

$200 was paid for a thorough cleaning. One hour was spent doing basic cleaning. The top of stove was not cleaned. The inside of stove was not even half cleaned (the oven cleaning solution is still visible along with the grime), dirt and dust cover the fans still, I told the blinds and refrigerator would be cleaned but, they were not, the baseboards on one level was cleaned but, not the other level, caked up dirt is still visible in corners. You would not be able to tell a cleaning company was even here. Sometimes you don't "get what you pay for"--you get what you suspect.

Carney Cleaners is an exceptional cleaning service. I received top notch grade a service. They cleaned my apartment after I moved and even helped me pack my moving truck!. I would recommend this cleaning service to any and everyone who is seeking superb, no hassle experience.

After $200 and 1.5 hours of cleaning, there was little change. I spent an extra hour after they left, going back over stuff they "cleaned" (like the floor and the fridge) and cleaning stuff they obviously missed (even things I pointed out that needed cleaning). Also, the chemicals they use can cause migraines and the smell stays for days. They should really look into using more environment-friendly cleaning products. All in all, I'm disappointed. I could have kept $200 in my pocket and done better cleaning on my own. Won't be using this service again.

This is our 2nd time using Carney Cleaning Services. The owner Sharon is polite and professional always. Wayne has been our cleaner both time, he us thorough, professional and gets the job DONE! I have a happy house! Call this black owned business for deep cleaning or maintenance cleaning today!
