Mak came over and did a phenomonal job, cleaned my apartments carpet for us after a quick appointment set up and was very acommodating regarding timing and process. Pleasant to deal with and very friendly- highly recommend!

He replied quickly, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the week after. He showed up on time and did a wonderful job! My future looks as good as new!

I have a toddler and two dogs that shed - my couch needed to be cleaned. Mak B. Cleaning did an amazing and thorough job, even more so on the areas that needed the most attention. Scheduling was simple. Day of cleaning took about 2 hours and he was very communicative of the process and aftercare. Drying took about 8 hours, which is not bad considering the material of our couch. I am very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend/use again!

My mom's rugs were really dusty. Tom did an excellent job. The rugs came out much better then I expected and they smell fantastic.

I have used Mak to clean my carpets and couch a number of times now. Communication is easy, they respond quickly to text messages and scheduling is very easy. They send a reminder text. Upon arrival they are very punctual, super professional and respectful of your home. The cleaning itself is excellent! I have a dog and a cream colored couch and every stain is removed and the couch always looks and smells brand new. The same goes for my carpets. Just recently my dog had an accident on the carpet leaving a stain. Mak responded to my text for needing a spot cleaning and showed up at my house within 24 hours. The stain was removed! We tried our best to get it out but he had the right cleaning agents to remove the stain. Mak’s pricing is also very reasonable and worth every penny!

From beginning to end Mak B Cleaning was very professional and timely. I received confirmation a day before my appointment and an estimated arrival the day of. The cleaning exceeded my expectations and left the furniture looking brand new. We are so pleased with the work and will be using Mak B again.

Mak B. Cleaning did a beautiful job on our sofas. Communication leading up to our appointment was great and Tim was punctual. Explained process with us and sofas air dried within 24th or less. Sofas came out very clean & deordorizer used smelled great. Very polite and great personality. Would highly recommend.

Mak B. Cleaning did amazing work!!! I have a puppy that loves to get on the sofa and another lab/hound mix. He was able to get rid of the stains left by them and have my couches look brand new. I will be reaching out for future furniture cleaning needs. His prices were great and i appreciated the prompt response when I reached out.

A friend recommended this cleaning company. He got back to me quickly and was helpful and informative regarding the cleaning of my couch. I have a dog and a cat. He took time and made sure the spots I was concerned about were taken care of. Very personable and polite. Will def use again for my other cleaning needs.

Tom cleaned my sofa and love seat on two occasions. The first was due to strong pet odor and stains that I was not able to remove on my own. The second time was due to flooding in the basement. Each time he was professional and got all stains/odor out. I was more than satisfied with the job he did and his professionalism. Prices are also very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Tom was quickly able to provide a reasonable quote and schedule service day. He communicated steps and provided solutions for some stubborn stains. Upon arrival he was well prepared, very respectful, and double checked with me on stubborn stains where he provided extra focus. Huge difference now that hallway has been professionally cleaned and smells wonderful. Dry time pretty quick, even with the first below freezing temp drop of the winter season. Highly recommend - and plan to use for common area in future as well as individual unit.

I’m extremely impressed with the work. He spent a lot of time doing a true deep cleaning of my sofa, living room cushions, and stair carpet — especially a tough problem area with cat urine that I was really worried about.

He was very professional, explained what he was doing, and didn’t rush the job. You can tell he actually cares about doing it right instead of just spraying and moving on. The difference is night and day.

If you want someone who takes their time and delivers real results, this is the company to use. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be using them again.
