Needed my carpet, mattress, and love seat deep cleaned. SN did not disappoint. Everything looks so new and smells refreshing. He was very professional, polite , and fast. Everything was dry within a few hours. I highly recommend.

I've been using SN Cleaning for my carpet and upholstery cleaning for several years now. I like that they use eco-friendly products, and as such, there is no lingering detergent smell - just really clean surfaces. They are easy to work with, communicative, prompt, and reasonably priced for the quality of the work. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

SN Cleaning was recommended to me by my cousin who used them to get his couch cleaned after his dog made a mess on it. My cats had knocked over a flower vase with water in it and it spilled onto my couch. The technician got the stain out and got my couch looking good as new! SN was great. They were very efficient, friendly and easy to work with. The did a great job cleaning our carpet on a staircase and in a TV room. Both had some pretty nasty stains and there was no sign of them when they left. Both also dried pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I recently used SN cleaning this past weekend. The service was great and the price was reasonable compared to other known companies. I had my living room, hallway and entry areas to a few rooms done. Casey was the tech that did my service. He was very informative about the state of my carpet, before and after the service. I will use this service again in the future. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I messaged SN Cleaning to request a quote for my house and they promptly responded despite it being after hours. They answered my multiple questions and provided flexible quotes that accommodate my needs. They also arrived precisely at the scheduled time and did a great job at cleaning the carpet. Carpet looks brand new now. Will certainly come back for more services in the future.

I’ve used SN Cleaning for years. They were originally recommended to me by a friend and have seen our upholstery through pets, kids and wine. They are always really honest about what can come input and what won’t but I’m still amazed at the magic they work. We’ve used them to clean carpet, area rugs and mattresses too. Worth the money and have extended the life of our furniture!

SN Cleaning was wonderful from the first message request I sent to the follow up the following day. Everything was seamless and effortless for me which is very important. They were able to come out the following day after I reached out, followed up with me that morning and the technician communicated his timing perfectly. Upon arrival, Denis was wonderful to talk to as well as studious, it was a very wonderful experience. I requested my sectional, hallway and basement carpet, entryways, and steps cleaned. Pricing was reasonable. I received an advanced quote that didn't change once he was finished. I feel refreshed!

SN Carpet cleaning is the best - they are friendly, responsive and stand by the quality of their work. They have cleaned our carpets three times including wool area rugs and upholstered chairs that look like new again! My carpets had pet stains and odor and they are all gone now thanks to SN Carpet! Will keep using!

I called these guys to clean a few stairs and basement carpet in a new house. Previous owners had a cat. It wasn’t a urine smell, just a cat smell. While I didn’t have high hopes of them getting rid of the smell completely, I did pay for the most expensive package expecting a little more. Cat smell is still there but that’s not why they’re getting 3 stars.

I had parent conferences for my kids down the street and asked if he was okay being paid up front and closing doors when he left. I came home and hour later and thankfully he had likely just left. He left all the doors unlocked and my garage door wide open.

My carpet was also SOAKING wet. I expected damp but this was wet. Thankfully I hadn’t moved in because the storage area under my stairs was full of water.

On top of all of this, the carpet was still dirty. The edges weren’t done well and when I ran my hands over the stair carpet there was still lots of cat fuzz.

Again…this review is less about the carpet cleaning and more about the service/attention to detail. Maybe if I had stayed around to babysit him (shouldn’t have to) it would be been done better.

Nino was great! He arrived 10 minutes before the window and worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets finally look fresh and clean, and my dog’s allergies already seem to be improving
