Love the quality of the cleaning, the knowledge of the key people and the selection of oriental carpets. I've been doing business with Pridjian for over 25 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else for what they offer.

We had a number of fine carpets cleaned, and one repaired, by K A Pridjian and Co. last year. They all look beautiful and the customer service was first rate.

Friendly crew. Love me some Barbara. She put my rugs in the car. It felt odd having her do that because she is smaller than me, but she insisted. I highly recommend Pridjian.

Michelle and Rick are incredibly helpful. The 20% they apply helps and my rugs are fresh and clean. Excellent work for very reasonable cost.

This company deserves 6 stars! They have cleaned and repaired several rugs for us. We have also purchased a rug and rug mat from them. They are helpful and do excellent work.

I see they're great for cleaning, my mistake I thought they mainly sold rugs & carpets at reasonable prices, so I ended up going to Home Depot for a large Luxury area rug for $179

I don't know that my rather cheap rug deserved this royal treatment, but this company is amazing. The rug looks brand new and their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had my rugs cleaned in the past and they did a beautiful job. However this most recent cleaning was not the same the rugs look worse than when they went in they were not cleaned properly they were not soft as in the past and the color was not right when you walk on the
m or touch them they look and feel terrible.

Once again, thank you for helping me preserve and clean timeless rugs. You always help us with cleaning and repairs and share in our passion for preservation - cleaning a rug that we found in an alley that was in perfect condition and two we were just given in a estate closure. Thanks especially for teaching our son about the cleaning and drying process the other day for rug preservation.

K. A. Pridjian is a household name for my family. They have helped us in the cleaning (even pet odors) and repair of many one-of-a-kind rugs that we own from around the globe. We once had a bit of water in our basement that is heavily decorated and the rugs as well as other related textiles (i.e. camel bags, tent-pole bags, pillow covers…) were all cleaned and repaired perfectly. I was terribly worried but when I dropped off the items, they assured me that all would be back to how I remembered them. They were completely free of any musty odor and looked great. I go there often since I have two elderly doggies that like to spot often on the rugs by the back door. They even have helped me recover from parties where wine has been known to be seemingly spilled strategically on the lightest color area of the most expensive rug in the house. They are knowledgeable and always provide Midwest hospitality with the even sweeter south side touch (friendly, honest, and competitive prices). I even once garbage picked a huge Karastan rug and immediately drove it over to them (with the other dog spotted rugs I needed to drop off). They were so enthusiastic that I saved a gorgeous rug from the dump that they let me know exactly the rug’s style and replacement cost. They shared with me the excitement of my lovely find. I’ll never go elsewhere! They’ve been open since the 1920s, so they are certainly doing it right! Thank you Pridjian for helping me with my rugs, including the really old, important and delicate ones!

Used them to clean my area rug. They came to house and picked it up no problem. Cleaned it and delivered it back to me wrapped up in paper. Very professional looking...still no problem. When I finally took it out of the packaging the tassels on the fringe were damaged. They must have fed the rug into a machine or something for cleaning which is not what I was told. I was told it would be cleaned by hand. Furthermore, the damage was obvious and they had to have known this but they said nothing. I will not be using them again nor will I recommend them to anyone for cleaning.

I brought a very damaged carpet to Pridjian for cleaning and repair and was very happy with the service, professionalism, quality and price. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me several options for the repair and the final product was very good considering the amount of damage they were dealing with. I intend to have them work on several more of my carpets. I highly recommend them

Good rugs are a family investment. They deserve to be cleaned expertly by a quality firm. After some research I discovered Pridjian & Company. Gave them two of our best rugs for a cleaning - their first in probably eight years. Picked them up a week or so later. They were as good as new! A couple animal stains were removed - front AND back! And they had no cleaning solution smell. We couldn't be happier. More rugs going to them in the future.

The story behind me needing Pridjian & Co. Is that went to the Habitat for Humanity in Chgo Heights il area. And found this Karsiran beauty for $50. I knew I had a wonderful find once I got it to a store specializing in rugs and cleaning. So I contacted them for cleaning n deodoranized price quote. During the quick call. The information for a rug cleaning was $250. I Then decided to purchase this beautiful Wool Rug. And to tell the truth it wasn't all that dirty. After arrived w/my rug.
I was told my find was 100 percent WOOL🤩🤩😁 and made to be a patchwork design.
During my Illinois history I've passed this store on 11600 S. Halsted for most of my life. And often their windows would be adorned with these varies beautifil expensive looking rugs. But I've only wished and dreamed to own one of their gorgeous rugs or floor tapestry. You see, I really do love and enjoy a beautiful and colorful rug. Especially for it's coloring and textured feel. Ive had a long desire to buy rugs and then change them out according to my decorating colors or change/in mood.
I haven't picked up this rug yet after it's cleaning but i was told it came out beautiful. I was told after the cleaning they are hung for a long drying period.

Beautiful job of cleaning my Oriental carpet! I was able to bring the carpet in myself and received a generous Cash and Carry discount. The worker unloaded and reloaded the carpet in my car, no problem! He also showed me their impressive carpet cleaning operation start- to -finish, Wow! Everyone here is pleasant and efficient. They also have a large showroom of carpets for sale. Give them a call!!
