I truly hate to leave such a bad review but I don't want anyone to unknowingly receive the same results that I have. I utilized this company based on the Google reviews of the excellent work and the professionalism on top of it being a black business. I can admit that in the beginning, everything was extremely professional until the landscaper began to come whenever she wanted to, without a heads up about changes. I have only utilized this landscaping company for 3 months and my grass is destroyed. What's worse is my "landscaper" to this day has not reached out or tried to connect to communicate "Hey it looks like your grass is dying, this is what I recommend". After looking back at my camera I realized that my "landscaper's" lawnmower doesn't have a bag on the back so the old lawn clippings are left mixed with the freshly cut lawn. I recently texted the number that I have ALWAYS utilized for communication purposes inquiring about service dates for October and November, and I have yet to receive a response. I have also realized that I haven't received an invoice recently (which I always pay on day 1) which leads me to believe that this company knowingly caused damage and didn't know how to say "We screwed up, how can we make this better and how can we keep a customer?" It appears that this is a company that does not know how to maintain lawn care but I truly hope in the future they learn from the different trials to become better. I have added 3 pictures of my grass taken today and 1 picture of what my grass looked like before I began the service with this company

As their name states, they do it right. They do Right by both customers and staff. They truly care about both people and services! Have used them for snow removal and landscaping, so far.

We had a tremendous experience with the Do Right team. We gave them a difficult job of installing signage in a stairwell. They nailed it and all our guest at Cleanslate are impressed.

We moved into a home that needed a total redo of our landscaping...front & back including the 2 level patio. Dee at Doo Right did it all! New landscaping, landscape lighting, power washing the patio and filling in all the spaces. Everything Dee and her crew did was the best! Dee had good suggestions on the plantings and the plan was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Do Right!

Do Right, huh? I'd laugh if I didn't have to clean up after them. Their snow removal crew plowed two parking spots across the alley from my house and then left the giant piles in the middle of the alley causing people to get stuck. Don't worry though, when I told them to clean up their mess, they apologized and then drove off.

I guess if you don't care about your neighbors, then give them a call. I'm sure they will "Do Right" by you and no one else.

They did a fantastic job around our multi-unit condo building. They are in high demand so book early!

I was about to hire to cut down some trees and never got back to me. Called and called and they even took all my info and the info to get the village permit and was willing to pay for that and still no answer. It was actually good that they didn't answer because they were going to charge me 2500 for 17 trees to get cut down but found another lanscaping business which was only 1500 for all 17 trees and chopped up and carried all away.

We had Gus, Victor & family come out to give us a quote for landscaping the perimeter of our house along with planting shrubs. Gus call back ASAP came out within a week gave us a fair price. Impressed with burring the gutters (Thank you Victor) they made sure they cleaned up everything afterwards, beautiful job!! Very professional will definitely use Gus again anytime we need work done. Thank you Gus for your prompt response

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS TO CUT YOUR LAWN! The most laziest landscapers I have seen. They come to my apartments and cut the grass I guess HOA hired them but they never pick up the grass like other land scrapers do. They leave the grass either on the street, in our parking lot, on the sidewalk or simply on the grass so the grass gets everywhere on your cars, your shoes, all over the animals paws. These guys are lazy with broken backs

Everyone has that 1 ugly area on their property that seems to be unmanageable, for our house it was the Northeast corner of our property line that gave us headaches & became an eyesore …over the years….ie; a couple of giant Cottonwoods, a Blue Spruce evergreen , and other varieties of messy trees, what I call “Garbage Trees’ became hazardous headaches , winter storms and high winds…and lightning strikes all took a toll on these trees …..and BTW our pocketbooks = $$ !

…Fast Forward (20 yrs later)… We decided to address this area for once and for all ! So I called L.Miller Landscape Design & collaborated w/ Leo to come up with a low-maintenance, attractive design that fell into our budget.

Initial contact on April 10, ….(1-Week of Rain delays + neighborhood flooding,)
Project Completed 10 days later April 20th !! = Fast Results!

I suggest from experience, that you give Leo a call …because you won’t be disappointed and your “stress-level” will be reduced !
