These guys are fantastic, just simply the best. I requested a quote and they called me back right away. The were able to come over lickety - split and I received a quote and scheduled my appointment all in the same day. The communication was excellent and job completed ahead of schedule. The photo I have added for my lawn is approximately one month after the installation and releveling of the backyard and it looks great. Good quality product and excellent customer service. The communication was very transparent with a very quick response time! Thank you so much for helping me with my lawn care needs!

I had such a great experience with this company thanks to Victor( I believe that was his name). He noticed my car wouldn’t turn on during a cold night at a gas station and immediately offered to help. He went out of his way to make sure I was okay and didn’t accept any payment for his kindness. If this is the type of people this company has working for them, I can only imagine how well they treat their customers. Truly appreciate the help and kindness!

My house was a mess in need of a lot of work. Arts landscaping helped us with everything we needed including weeding, fixing our garden bed, mulching, adding a stone bed around our AC unit, removing 3 trees including one that was extremely close to our house, and now lawn maintenance. They have been amazing with every project and we cannot recommend enough.

Una gran decepción. Fui aquí porque me queda algo cerca de casa. Llevé tres abrigos de invierno y la señora fue amable al inicio. Me dijo que volviera por ellos el miércoles. Volví el viernes - dos días después de lo que me dijo - y no estaban listos. Me dijo: vuelve el martes. Volví dos días después del martes, un jueves, ¿y qué creen que me dijo? Que no estaban listos!!! Su excusa fue: ¨es que he estado muy ocupada¨. Me dijo que vuelva al día siguiente. Así me he pasado DOS semanas de este frío invierno sin mis sacos y el de mi menor hijo. Y cuando finalmente fui por ellos, ni un descuento por haberme hecho ir 3 veces, mi tiempo, mi gasolina, parking x3. Qué lástima tal falta de respeto al tiempo del cliente. No volveré porque no puedo confiar en que me digan una fecha y la cambien 3 veces sin previo aviso.

SHE IS AWESOME!! She will alter literally anything in your closet and for a very fair price too. Very good turn-around rate for alterations as well. She brings your vision for your clothes to life!! The easiest alteration process here. 10/10!

The best tailor I’ve ever been to! They just tailored my graduation dress, and I’ve gone to get suit pants, jeans, and dresses tailored. All of them have been perfect and incredibly reasonably priced. As someone who is an out of state student at Loyola, I have not found a better tailor in Chicago or in my home state.

I highly recommend this place for dry cleaning, tailoring and other related items.

I have been coming here for years. The dry cleaning service is always extremely reliable, and the alteration and repair services are phenomenal. I collect and wear vintage clothing, and every piece I bring here that needs altering or mending has always been treated with detail and care.

Reasonable pricing compared to another cleaner a block away. I’ve generally had good experiences here, but this time my clothes weren’t ready on time. I explained that the only time I could pick them up was before their opening hours the next day, and they kindly agreed to open early for me. I would recommend dropping items off at least 1.5 weeks in advance, just in case they miss the promised deadline.

After considering far too many different moving companies in Chicago, I was very lucky to have ended up selecting MOOvers. As for getting quotes, MOOvers struck the right balance. Not too pushy or obnoxious with text and email, but also not so little in their replies that you suspected something was fishy. Their team was good about adjusting the quote to match a Word Doc inventory list, and they explained their process and expectations well too. On the day of the move, they were right on time and finished 2.5 hours early! Their team was fast but that didn't affect the quality of the move. Everything was disassembled and reassembled promptly; nothing broke. Unlike other movers I've used, they used their own equipment creatively to get the job done faster (carrying multiple of my items or boxes inside of larger wardrobe boxes they brought, reducing how many trips they were taking). They were great overall and I'll absolutely be using them again.

My one critique is that when you do call, they have a rather annoying AI-voice bot that sometimes answers. But, unfortunately, who doesn't have those this point?

If you're picking between multiple moving companies that sound the same, give MOOvers a try! I was very pleased when I did.

Amazing service. They were all very thoughtful of not damaging anything when they moved. They also got it done in much less time than anticipated, and therefore came in cheaper than the original estimate. I will recommend them to any of my friends/family within the Chicago area.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Victor, Gregg, and Alvaro were incredibly fast and attentive. They handled every box and piece of furniture as if it were their own. What really stood out to me was how considerate and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process, checking in with me often to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Moving is usually stressful, but they made it feel effortless. If you’re looking for movers who are efficient, careful, and genuinely care about their customers, this is the company to call.

MOOvers Chicago did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew Felipe, William, and Chris. We will definitely call again for future moves!

First time using MOOvers for an out of state move and they were excellent. From the initial quote and inventory review with Steve to the final drop off with George, everything was top notch with great communication and follow ups. George and his crew were amazing. They were very professional, on time both days, extremely efficient, confirmed how we wanted everything wrapped and placed and made sure we were fully satisfied before finishing the job. I would 100% use MOOovers again for any future moves.

I used Moovers for a very small job which was an easy move. Therefore, I hired them again for a full move. My second move had multiple challenges that the owner addressed and remedied himself. The owner cares deeply about his business, employees and customers. The company as a whole will work hard to help make your move as easy and stress free as possible.

MOOvers Chicago was the best moving company I've ever worked with. They were very easy to work with every step of the way. The movers were very fast and kind. They finished the job quicker than the quote which was nice. I supplied my own my own mattress bag and moving wrap to help cut down on the material costs a bit. The movers were happy to use that.

I will definitely use MOOvers Chicago again when I move in the future.
