We hired My Carpet Cleaning to clean all of our carpets, rugs, furniture etc. Vasyl was prompt, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the work he did and would definitely hire again! Also, when I called to set up the service I described what we wanted done and the quote was spot on! We would highly recommend them!!

They kept contacting me multiple times over to schedule the quote even though it was already scheduled. I had to call them and tell them to take me off their call list.

The first job was not done well. There are still layers of dirt on my house and front porch and the cleaner did not wash the outdoor furniture like I had asked. We have a new door and there are dirt spots on the door from the cleaning.

They sent the same cleaner a second time and he argued that the dirt on the side of the house wasn't going to be removed. He didn’t want to power wash it again and didn’t address the front porch being dirty. So I said forget it. This was a really frustrating experience considering the company is the most expensive of the three contractors we talked to.
