Brightify House Cleaning Services

We moved into a condo in Lincoln Park last month and wanted everything cleaned before we started unpacking, because the previous owners had pets and you could kind of tell. Brightify did the move in cleaning and I want to talk about the floors specifically because that was the thing I was most worried about. They're hardwood throughout and had this dull sticky film on them, almost like residue from whatever product someone else had been using. After Brightify finished they actually looked like wood again, there was a warmth to them I hadn't noticed during the walkthrough. The bathrooms were also done really well, they got calcium deposits off the shower glass that I assumed were permanent scratches. Oh and the closets, every shelf wiped down, which matters when you're about to put your clothes in there.

Our condo in Chicago had this recurring dust problem that was making my allergies basically unbearable from like October through February. I mean we'd dust on the weekend and by Tuesday there'd be visible layers on the TV stand and bookshelves again. Turns out part of it was that we were never properly cleaning the vents and the tops of door frames and all those spots where dust just collects and then redistributes itself I guess. Brightify did an initial deep clean where they went through every room and hit all those neglected areas, the ceiling fan blades were disgusting and the return vents had like fuzzy buildup in them. After that first clean my eyes stopped watering at night which was kind of a revelation. Now they come every other week and they always wipe down the vents and the fan blades as part of the routine. My allergist actually asked what changed because my numbers improved at my last visit and I was like, we got a cleaning service, that's literally it.

Had a lease ending and my landlord was being super strict about the condition of the unit. i knew there was no way i could get it done myself between packing and working. Brightify came in and handled the move out cleaning in like half a day. the apartment had some rough spots especially the oven and the shower grout but they got everything looking solid. landlord did a walkthrough the next day and approved it no issues so i got my full deposit back which was the whole point. exactly what i needed
