I paid extra for a deep clean, but the service felt more like a basic cleaning. Some areas were cleaned well, but there was still a lot of cat fur left on my couch. The cleaning was okay overall, but I expected more attention to detail for a deep clean and did not feel that it was worth the added cost.

I needed help cleaning on short notice. My need for help was met with kindness and understanding. Arrangements were made for help to come Sunday,with hear indexes at 104 degrees. Timesha and

This review is for the customer service. I call to ask for an estimate, when lady answer there was so much noise, like a party. I am assuming that this is a remote, work at home customer service. Then she ask someone to close the door. She said; "what that hell"!!! Cause there was something wrong with her system. Very, Very unprofessional, super ghatto!!!

Tiesha did an exceptional job at our apartment that we needed cleaned ASA . She was extremely thorough and would highly recommend her again.

The team that arrived for a Post-Construction cleanup (Willis, Shaquille, and Imesha) came prepared. Each of them demonstrated a professional demeanor and were focused on getting the job done the right way the first time. They were assigned to certain areas and as they completed it they check on each other's work to get a 2nd pair of eyes and make sure their area was truly complete. Because of that approach, the entire job was completed in under 2 1/2 hours and the finished result was a clean, dust-free apartment ready to be moved in by a new tenant the next day.
