They replaced my cracked screen, and the next day it had a new crack in it. I returned to the store a few weeks later, and they said that they would not cover it. I paid $99 for them to replace my broken screen, with another broken screen!

I went in thinking my iPad was broken. The nicest young man looked at it and said it was a small glitch and handed it back to me. When I asked how much he said no charge. This place truly understands how to take care of their customers.

I can't live without it and cant afford a new iPhone. Oncallers gave me a great discount on the work to help me out, and they did a great job. My phone is brand new now and I didn't have to pay an arm & a leg for it. Can't thank you guys enough!

Be cautious with this business - they'll take advantage of you. I hired them to clean my dryer vent because the initial quote seemed fair. However, when Lee arrived, he told me that a basic cleaning would cost $199, but "deep cleaning" was $470. The deep cleaning only involved removing lint from the entire vent, taking about 15 minutes. He then claimed the vent needed replacing and charged for it, but said he couldn't finish the job on the same day and left without completing the work. Despite leaving behind the part, I've never heard from him again. I feel deceived and ripped off, warning others to steer clear of this company.

The technician found the dryer vent flap was stuck and caused lint to keep getting pushed into the laundry room. They cleaned the vent thoroughly and removed a massive buildup of lint that had accumulated in the line. During the visit, they also checked the HVAC system and did some air duct and coil cleaning. The issue is resolved and there's no more lint blowing back inside. He warned about the dangers of blocked vents increasing fire risk.
