The cleaner went to the wrong address and came an hour late. The messages changed to whatsapp and a number in Peru for the person organizing and translating. Then the cleaner left after 15min. Once we complained he was an hour late.

They did a great job with cleaning our place. We’ve had multiple cleanings done for our whole house and each person has extremely thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I needed a cleaning service after hosting my family for Mother’s Day. I found their service through a Google search and the clean turned out fantastic! They handled two of our special requests and the place looked spotless. I’ll use them for any futures cleans!

Work quality did not match the price quoted. We clearly mentioned apartment has a lot of dust, and needed deep cleaning. Cleaner clearly missed dusting some furniture items, and plainly refused to dust them mentioning that she did indeed dust them and the dust settled back on them in 5 minutes ?!

Also did not scrub a bathroom wall that had some stains, because it wasn’t on her “checklist” that was never shared with me. Very unprofessional behavior. Will not recommend.
