Sweep Home Chicago is fantastic. My house sparkles top to bottom after they leave. My kids even comment that the "house smells amazing" when they get home. I have Sweep come every other week and I have to say that I look forward to Thursday afternoons!

I wouldn't use them again. The cleaner was very slow. She skipped the kitchen. Didn't wipe the appliances, clean the sink or all of the countertops. She basically did a superficial cleaning of my place yet it took forever. She also used a whole roll of paper towels even though I had microfiber towels available to her. If you want someone to mop your floors for nearly $100 use this service. That's about all she did.

A great service at a decent price.

I use their service monthly and have always been pleased with it. Reyna and Rosa in particular do excellent work. They are very flexible in terms of scheduling and responsive to feedback. The fact that all arrangements can be made via e-mail is a huge plus.

They have been cleaning our building's shared spaces for several months now and it has been going great. It's always a thoroughly well done job. They have an eye for detail which is great. And the main office has always been accommodating and helpful in getting appointments changed, etc.

This was the worst cleaning! I do not recommend this company at all. The service requested was for a new home cleaning prior to our moving in, which should be much easier given that nothing had been moved in yet. We told the woman, who arrived quite late, the areas to focus on. When we arrived back to check her work all of those areas had not been touched! It was almost like she didn't clean anything at all! We asked for a re-cleaning and Sweep Home sent out another cleaner, which was equally as bad. We ended up having to hire another person to come after we had moved in to clean yet a third time! Again, we do not recommend this company and suggest you get personal referrals for any cleaning services to avoid our disaster.

Very positive experience. They are on time every time. They clean top to bottom and even unclogged my sink one time. Best part is that they send me an email every month to remind me that I need my house cleaned and even give me a time they are available. This way, I never forget to call them and set up an appointment. Last, there was one time when I asked them to clean a large window and even though windows are an additional price they did it for free. Hope this helps!

Sweep Home Chicago provides exellent service! I was referred to them by a friend and they did not disappoint. They do an excellent job all around with their cleaning service. Their staff is also very friendly, professional and responsive. They are very flexible with scheduling. I only stopped using them because I moved to Milwuakee but I would recommend them to anyone in Chicago!

I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago as a good cleaning service. I have never had a problem with lateness or canceling. I use them for a regularly-scheduled once a month cleaning. I would recommend this option to others, as it is the best way to know for certain that you will have someone scheduled for your cleaning far in advance. I docked one star because, as others have pointed out, you don't always get the same person, and this leads to inconsistent cleanings. Though I have never had a "bad" cleaning per se, some are noticeably more thorough than others. However, my last couple have been very good and I am hoping that I will continue to have the same consistency going forward.

I moved from Exec Cleaning (such a bad experience, do NOT work with them) to Sweep Home and I am in love.

They are always incredibly responsive; I don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour or two before receiving a response from someone on their team via email. Scheduling is simple and painless and Brandon and his team will do his best to work with your schedule and to make sure you're happy with your recurring cleanings. You can request to have the same cleaners for every cleaning, which gives me incredible comfort in knowing that who is in my apartment when I'm not there.

They offer a standard cleaning for two hours, but you can customize it to your needs.

We currently have cleanings every two weeks with Martha and Naara and they are marvelous. We requested they come and do their standard cleaning for two hours and extend our cleanings for another hour for a "deep cleaning" of a room. So, three hours bi-weekly. Not only do they have their standard cleaning checklist listed on their website, but we are such sticklers that we have a checklist of our own and Martha and Naara are flexible and gracious enough to actually check off the list we leave them every time.

Even when we have had scheduling conflict due to vacations and such, Brandon and his team have been incredibly accommodating.

I doubt I will be leaving their services.

My wife and I hired Sweep Home not knowing what to expect. We submitted a request for an estimate and got a phone call that same day. The price was reasonable, so we decided to hire them for a deep cleaning. Our cleaner was on time; she introduced herself, and started cleaning right away. We decided to step out of the house and let the cleaner work her magic. When we arrived, our place smelled amazing and looked better than it had ever looked before (whoops, hope my wife doesn’t read this). Our appliances looked brand new from both the inside and outside. The cleaner made sure to get all of the dust on the baseboards and windowsills, which was one of our specific requests. She also tidied up our beds and even organized all of the books and toys in our daughter’s room, which was not necessary at all, given the fact that our daughter destroyed the orderliness when she got home. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Sweep Home Chicago and will be sure to hire them again.

I use Sweep Home at my Chicago condo whenever I am back in the city. They do a good job every time, are easy to book with, and I love coming home to a clean condo when I return. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them into the future.

I've been using SHC for about a year - the cleanings are bi-weekly, the price is reasonable for a 1 bdrm + den, Joanna let's herself in and out - i really couldn't ask for more. The company is great about answering emails and inquiries, which I really appreciate when my schedule gets crazy. I'd highly recommend. I've used other services in the area and this is definitely the most affordable, and my home is always so clean. It's the best feeling to come home to a clean house!

Sweep Home Chicago has reasonable prices and always does a great job. I love not having to worry about keeping supplies in stock and always come home to a fresh, clean apartment. Very convenient and responsive email customer service and accepts credit cards, too!

Booked this service for a move out cleaning for a rental unit. When their person arrived the tenant had not moved out everything but I know all that was left was a couple of desks and some bags of stuff. I told them to clean anyway as opposed to canceling, but I received an email saying the cleaning could not be done ( not sure of exact timing) However, whenI went to the unit on the weekend there was no evidence that it had been cleaned at all, there was grime on the washer dryer, under the fridge was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and so I thought you had just cancelled it and i wasn’t charged. I tried to reach out and see if we could get a cleaning done on another day and they said they had no availability. Days later I received a charge for the full amount and when I complained they used the excuse that the apartment wasn’t completely empty. I sent a follow up email explaining that even areas that should have been cleaned if someone was living there were not cleaned at all and there was no evidence that any real cleaning was done and have had no response. If this is what they call cleaning I would avoid them at all costs as I had to get another service to clean everything.

Sweep Home Chicago is simply the best cleaning service in the city! The customer service is top notch with both appointment making and follow-up. The cleaning is always thorough and detailed. I am always pleased with the work when I return home. I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago to anyone looking for exceptional cleaning, excellent customer service and timeliness and efficiency.
