BUYER BEWARE: Company changes price at their whim.

We hired this service to deep clean a 2br apartment. They quickly made accommodations to schedule us for the following week. At first the appointment was to be 9:00, quickly after this was scheduled we received a call saying the cleaners would be there at 7:30. Great! 7:30 rolled into 8:00 and after a phone message to the company (the call wasn't returned) , the cleaning crew magically appeared in the unit (they say its a time window, but no window was given).

Now to the fun part, the company reserves the right to change the cost at their leisure. We chose a deep clean for a 2br apartment which had been kept in good condition ("the maids said it was very dirty" it wasn't, but isn't that what deep cleans are for?).

The company was professional in setting up the cleaning appointment, but that is where it ended.

They do a good job cleaning, I just wish they really moved things around and cleaned under the bed it's really just a wipe down, dust down cleaning service. They have a checklist and you'll only get a specified amount of things done. Right now they just vacuum around the table, as opposed to moving it aside and then vacuuming. But the Ladies are very nice and pleasant and they do clean, but they're often on the clock and so you get a very mechanical list checked service. The customer service is excellent and they adjust to any travel I have planned. They come on time and always send me email reminders for appointments so I never miss one.

The team was amazing. So kind and professional and did an incredible job. Nothing went unnoticed. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

We had a minor domestic emergency when a construction worker in our place decided to cut tile IN OUR KITCHEN WITH A DRY SAW. There was dust. EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE. We googled some places and found American Maids to be the most professional, best priced and speedy option. They were so accommodating and right on time. Then there is the cleaning. WOW. I cannot believe how above and beyond they went and how amazing our place looks. They were so efficient and I cannot say enough fantastic things about the customer service, pricing and results.

We generally clean our place ourselves but with this kind of customer service and pricing, we are thinking of making it a monthly thing. USE THESE PEOPLE!

To start - I'd like to say this company has a great cleaning crew. They are very thorough and pleasant. This review is going to focus on their management/billing practices.

I called a couple weeks ago to get a cleaning because they had sent a $10 coupon out via email. When talking to the woman at the office she said a deep clean would be $160 and a basic clean would be $89 BUT the coupon wouldn't apply to the $89. I then read her the email I got with the coupon which stated it DID apply to the basic cleaning and she said, "Oh OK I guess its $79 then." I booked the appointment because $79 for a small 2 bed 1 bath apartment is pretty good.

Now, 2 weeks later, I open my checking account and see I have a charge for $132 and think well they must have made a mistake. I called today and talked to an incredibly unhelpful woman who argued that the prices I was quoted "aren't real" and asked who I talked to (uh I don't know it's your company). I asked for a refund of $53 and she said no, we don't have a $89 price option. She did however mentioned that no coupon was applied so at the very least hopefully I can get $10 back. She hung up saying she had to talk to the owner and would call me back. STILL haven't heard back.

This company is shady now that I'm looking into it - no prices posted on website or anywhere and no accountability. I've suggested this company to two people to use in the past but with how much of a headache their billing is I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now.

Competitively priced, timely, communicative. They fit me into their busy schedule when I needed a deep clean before hosting a big party. The crew showed up on time and were careful to make sure I was satisfied with their work--they even pointed out a couple of marks they couldn't get off the floor to make sure I was ok with it (stains and glue from construction--there was nothing they could've done to get them up). I appreciate the ability to fill out a request for a quote on their website. A surprisingly large number of cleaning services don't accept credit cards (or highly discourage it), so that was nice, too. Overall this was the best experience I have had with a cleaning company. Definitely recommend!

I used them several times when I broke my shoulder and couldn't do much work around the house. I have a dog who sheds, so they had alot of vacuuming and dusting work to do. They sent a team of 3, usually, and the house was spotless when they finished. They were fast and efficient - as well as thorough. The fridge cleaning service is well worth the up charge. I also used them when I sold my house to clean before the new owners moved in. Again it was spotless, even inside the closets.

Do not hesitate to use Myers Clean. The job they do will speak for itself, but I can personally attest to the integrity of the owner. For many of us, the latter is critical to keeping our business for the long-term.

I love the fact that a team of 3-4 people comes, headed by the same leader every time your place is cleaned. The team is well organized and efficient and they get the job done fast. With 4 people, a standard cleaning takes one hour! They use eco-friendly products, too. They have been so helpful to me and I’m really glad I found them. Their cleaning is better and more thorough than other people I hired in the past.
