Noah and his team did an excellent job cleaning exterior and interior windows in our 3rd floor apartment. They communicated well with me regarding what to expect, and were courteous, professional and thorough.

Outstanding customer service. Tarah got me scheduled quickly and efficiently. Matt showed up early and was done with the work in a shorter time than estimated. My windows were in VERY bad shape. Some likely hadn't been cleaned on 20 years. The brick on the building had been sealed at some point a few years ago and the sealant was all over the windows. The outcome? Matt and team did an amazing job cleaning them up and making the windows shine like new! Great job, highly recommend.

I love working with Lux Street. The team is great to work with and always friendly... even my discerning dog always likes / approves of the team who visits! I have large floor to ceiling windows with glass deck panels / railings, and they do a great job! (In fact, as I am writing this, it is February, and I can't wait until they can come again.) Recently, I cancelled my appointment because our condo association decided to have someone clean the windows, and I ended up calling back to reschedule shortly after because the association's cleaner was not nearly as good as Lux Street. Matt and the team are also really knowledgeable... knowing how to deal with all kinds of issues like paint / sealing spray getting on the windows, etc. I highly recommend working with Lux Street!

Aidan was most pleasant and efficient, however, the lower sills in the back received dirty drips when the second floor was washed. I had to wipe off and clean the lower sills

Lux cleaned the windows on our condo building (5 floors) and did a great job at a great price. Jesse took the time to get an accurate estimate so no surprises on the invoice. The two workers (Noah and embarrassingly I forgot the other person’s name) were timely, efficient, and friendly. They had to work through a variety of challenges with our building and all of its right angles, hard to reach places and being sandwiched between two other buildings. Will definitely be setting up a regular with Lux for exterior window washing.

I have had Lux Street come out yearly for 3 years now - they do such a great job getting our windows cleaned, both inside and out! They are prompt and get the job done quickly. We refer them every chance we get!

I love Lux. They are thorough, kind, fast and very clean - I’ve worked with them 1-2x per year for the last several years, and their work is impeccable. The crews are great - polite and appropriately social. As a woman often alone when service people come in, I have always appreciated the guys on their team.

This is a small shop with real hustle to build their business. Communication is great, and they care a lot you are happy with the work.

Our association had a great experience with Lux. They were on time and very efficient. They cleaned exterior, interior and screens. When they worked inside, they used booties, which was very much appreciated. The guys did a top notch job, we definitely recommend them.

The team at Lux was fantastic. They have an easy and accurate quote process along with quick call back and appointment setting turnaround. On the day of service Noah called ahead to share his arrival time and arrived promptly. He was efficient, professional and thorough. The windows on the condo we recently bought looked like they had not been washed in years, and he was able to really improve the look of them with almost all of them being brought back to like new condition which is not easy to accomplish on glass that has been neglected and subjected to Chicago weather. I am really pleased with the outcome - We will be having Lux back for regular cleaning going forward.
