What an absolute joy to come home to a perfectly clean house. Anna cleans our house every other week and it's always my favorite day. My neat-freak mother, who often despairs of my ability to keep anything clean, came to visit and was very complimentary on how great the house looked!

I called frantic because I needed someone the last minute for the next day and Agata was absolutely wonderful and was able to send Margaret.

She came on time, did everything I asked and was thorough and cleaned things I even forgot to ask for.

We have been using YBH for many years and for many different homes that we've lived in. I have also recommended them to family and to clients (I run a small downsizing/organizing business). Everyone has been really pleased with the results. We have asked them to handle everything from post-renovation cleaning to move-in and move-out, and everything in between. We find that the company to be highly responsive, flexible and willing to work with scheduling constraints and specific requests. (For example, I am highly sensitive to smells and ask that certain common cleaning products not be used in my home. They always remember and make sure that is brought to the attention of the ladies who work for them.) The ladies are always pleasant, punctual, and hard-working. Agata, the owner, is easy to work with, quick to reply to texts and calls, and does her best to make her clients happy. I just found out that they now accept Venmo, which makes it SO much easier for me to pay them for my own home and advance costs for my clients without the need to keep paper checks for reimbursement. HOORAY!
