I had an A/C issue - my basement was icy cold while the top floor was sweltering hot. Heatcool's technician, John, showed up promptly and gave me a reasonable quote. He returned to install the fix a few weeks later. John is efficient, polite, and did an excellent job making my home more comfortable again.
